Armin's POV
After I agreed to Christa's plans, I had no idea if Annie would...she seemed pretty frustrated, first it was Reiner who got her irritated and now I embarrassed her. I'll go apologize to her right now
I hurried to go to Annie's dorm until I crashed into a giant, it was bertholdt
"Bertholdt? What's up?" I acted casual after the hit
"Oh, hey Armin. Its going good. Um...do you happen to know where ymirs at by any chance? I'm looking for her" the sweaty, tall boy asked
"I honestly don't know, sorry" I felt bad, he looked desperate to find her
"If you want I can help you seach for her" I offered
"Nah its ok, but if you see Ymir tell her I'm looking for her, its urgent" he said then twitched a smile
After passing Bertholdt, I finally arrived to Annie's dormitory and knocked
End of Armins POV
"Ugh, who is it?" muffled a voice behind the door
"Annie its me, Armin" he innocently spoke, still on the other side of the door
"What do you want now?!" she groaned, lifting her head up from her squishy pillow
"I just came to apologize to you for what happened earlier. I didn't know it would affect you like that, I just wanted to help. I'm sorry" he genuinely said, you could hear how disappointed he was in himself
"Armin, its alright" Annie accepted his apology as she swung open the door. Her face was lighten up more than usual
"Also, I was wondering if you wanted to hang with me and Christa on our free day tomorrow" he smiled but Annie's face became dark again
"Um, no thanks have fun you two" she sounded annoyed and slammed the door shut in Armins face, making him flinch
Annie's POV
Fuck, fuck, fuck, was all I could think. I just can't believe Armin and Christa are gonna be going out together for their free day, like you have to be shitting me (I'm sorry for all the cursing, I'm just so furious) I have to do something but what?
As I sat at the edge of my bed pondering, I came up with a brilliant plan. I'm going to make him jealous but who would pretend to be my boyfriend though....
Eren: Mikasa would pick a fight with me so NO
Connie: Eww *gag*
Jean: not really into horses
Marco: uh, he's decent. Maybe
Bertholdt: has ymir already
Reiner: HELL NO!!!
Daz: Emotionally unstable
I guess Marco is my only option *sigh* well here goes nothing.
I got up from my bed and walked out of my room and towards the boy's dormitory, there I saw Marco speaking to Jean
"Hey Jean, I wanna talk to Marco for a few seconds so can you bounce?" I asked.
"How come?" he crossed his arms
"Either you get out of here or I'll escort you out, what will it be horseface?" I snapped at him while bringing up my clenched fist
"Damn, ok I'll go" he walked off finally
"What is it Ann-"
Before he could finish his question, I rapidly and harshly grabbed Marcos wrist and pulled him behind the building
"Hey! What's the meaning of this Annie?" he sounded confused
End of Annie's POV
Annie quickly check to see if there was anybody wondering around behind the building as well
'alright the coast is clear' she thought and went back to the freckled boy
"Annie can you tell me what's going on, why are we here" he interrogated.
"Ok Marco here's the deal, you're the only and first to know about this but....I like Armin" Annie confessed to the taller boy
"Oh ok, is that why you brought me back here?" he questioned, rubbing the back of his neck
"No, I brought you here to ask you to be my pretend boyfriend" she said it straight up
"Your pretend boyfriend?! But you just told me-"
"I know what I told you but it seems I'm not the only one falling for him, Christa is too" Annie looked down to the floor
"Wow I didn't know Armin was a chick magnet" Marco chuckled, trying to cover it with his palm
"Marco this is serious, will you do it or not!?" the tone of Annie's voice became firm and the look in her eyes pierced Marcos soul.
He gulped.
"Annie, I don't know, Armin is a really good friend of mine, it would be strange"
"I can't believe I'm saying this but please Marco I really need your help" she pleaded then suddenly hugged him
"Wow, I never thought cold hearted Annie would need my help. You really do like Armin"
"With all my heart" the blond softly whispered
"Fine I'll do it, I'll be your fake boyfriend" he embraced her back.
