It was the end of a stressful week chasing unsubs as you are finishing up the case review for today.

"Anyone willing to get a drink with the great Derek Morgan" Derek says as you giggle to yourself.

"Can't today." Spencer simple says as he slides his brown shoulder bag over his head.

"Oh c'mon kid, one drink won't hurt." Derek whines as he gives Spencer puppy dog eyes.

"...FINE. Fine. Just stop looking a me like that Morgan... It's weird." Spencer says as he laughed a bit.

"Understood sir!" Derek said as he asked Emily if she was in for a drink which she of course said yes to.

"So. Y/L... Y/N... Earth to Y/N!" Derek shouted as you stood still staring at Spencer.

You snapped your head in Morgans direction and nodded.

"..Cool." He said as he smirked and wiggled his eyebrows.

You glared at him as he backed off.

"I can't come. I'm taking Henry for a drive around the neighborhood." JJ said as we said our goodbyes to her.

"Oh shoot I forgot to complete the last page of the case review. I'll meet you guys there." You said as you grabbed out a pen.

"I'll stay behind with Y/N. Make sure she doesn't fall asleep." Spencer said with a smile.

"Thanks Spence." You said as you smiled at him.

"No problemo." He said.

"Ok well don't forget to lock up." Hotch said as he walked out behind Rossi.

"Yes sir!" You yelled as you pressed the pen in-between your teeth as you popped off the cap and spat it across your desk.

-Time Skip-

You finished up the case review as you walked up to Hotch's desk and laid it upon the many files.

You looked at Spencer as he nodded and grabbed your purse from your desk and handed it to you.

"Thanks." You said as Spencer nodded and smiled.

You walked over to the elevator with Spencer as he sparked up a conversation about the science behind elevators. You listened to his cute rambling as the elevator doors opened.

A few seconds into the elevator ride it came to a random stop.

The elevator jolted as you grabbed onto Spencer's arm in fear.

The lights went out as the emergency lights came on.

"Spence.... Why is the elevator stopped?" You said as you pressed yourself against his arm.

"I'm not sure. Might be a blackout. I'll call Hotch." He said as you let go of his arm so he could reach for his cell phone.

"No service." He said as he closed his flip phone.

You checked your own as it said also said 'No Service' in the top left corner of your screen.

"Shit. Mine has no service to." You said as you slid your phone back into your purse

In the corner of your eye you say Spencer getting stress.

"You know, there are six elevator related deaths per year and not to mention ten-thousand injuries per year that require hospitalization. On top of that-" Spencer stated as he was cut off by your own voice.

"Spence. Please. Shut up." You commanded as he nodded.

"Got it. Not helping." He said as he nodded again.
