Rough Synopsis:

Earth is now in the modern era and filled with children (aka those under 18) with supernatural abilities and/or weapons called "Attachments", and crime rates have been high in most countries. Some adults have even been stripped of all of their wealth, jobs, homes, etc.

These teens and children who have "Attachments" are usually split into 3 categories in the system, gangs and mafias that wreck chaos, lone criminals on the run, or those that bring justice for their youth. But for Mimi Underwood, Blythe, Deidre Hanson, they're just teens who just wants freedom, adventure and most definitely lollipops.

But oh, will they get some adventure of theirs.
