+ People She Dislikes:

Most fans don't know, but despite her kindness to other, she genuinely find it hard to even fake kindness to those whom she reasonably dislikes. Most of these people she had a lot of respect for but something happened to make her truly dislike them but she would never show it due to fear of causing fan wars - something she genuinely hates.

Fans often speculate one or two people she might dislike but most of the time it's untrue but for the ones that are guessed correctly, the reasons are still incorrect.

1. Jennie of Blackpink

At first she had no problem with Jennie since Haneul and Jisoo were somewhat good friends (in the industry's terms) and she had a good professional relationship with Lisa, so she saw Jennie as a nice acquaintance. However, after the sudden split of Kai and Jennie, Haneul started to dislike the girl due to her overprotective nature with her friends and family. Being extremely close friends with EXO, Haneul is quite overprotective of them (just like how she is with all of her friends) and she could not stand seeing her friend go through such a sudden breakup that ended badly on both sides. She saw from the perspective of someone who was struggling with mental health just how much Jennie needed support but at the same time she could not understand how harsh she was being with Kai despite all good things she heard from Kai. Before their breakup, she tried to reach out to her directly and indirectly (with good and pure intentions of helping) in hopes of understanding her without butting herself into the situation - hoping to at least support her emotionally after the chain of scandals in the span of less than a year but Jennie did not accept any of her help nor did she accept the gift and letter of encouragement she have Jennie through Jisoo. Although she spoke the least about her dislike for Jennie to others, over time, in her mind, she had the least good impression with Jennie than the other idols on this list.

2. Super Junior (few)

Although she generally gets long well with majority of Super Junior members, few of them she doesn't like due to their ignorant nature or due to opposing opinions that she can't support. Although she can tolerate Shindong if she was to be near him or in the same radius as him, she doesn't like him. She finds that his views on women and body image is flawed and there seems to be a reoccurrence and pattern of opinion that doesn't change overtime that makes her uncomfortable when she's around him. Most of the time she does like Leeteuk but often she can't help but feel angered by his old fashioned views. However, to her it seems he doesn't express their views anymore and she finds him to be pleasant to talk to. Her issue with Siwon is not talked about to anyone but deep down she doesn't like him as much as she did before she found out about his homophobia. She respect his religious beliefs so she isn't vocal about her dislike but it rubs her the wrong way how insensitive he can be and since homosexuality is a sensitive topic due to her brother having to struggle with his sexuality and also living in such an conservative society.

3. Soyeon of (G)-Idle

Haneul has massive respect for Soyeon's talents and presence as such an impactful idol in the industry, but she also finds Soyeon to just rub her the wrong way. Since she is not friends or knows Soyeon well enough, she doesn't properly dislike Soyeon, but is iffy with her due to some of her decisions she has made. It is understandable for Soyeon, in Haneul's eyes, to not understand cultural appropriation as a Korean but at the same time Haneul is conflicted about how someone who is so engrossed in hip hop doesn't understand how controversial cultural appropriation is. As someone who spent most of her life in South Korea, Haneul can understand her ignorance but at the same time it is done repeatedly, time after time and she find Soyeon's overall ignorance to be off-putting but would remind herself that it's not a fair way to judge someone you don't know. Even with that being said, Haneul rates Soyeon as one of her favourite rappers and performer, especially in 4th gen kpop.
