It started with an underwater kiss

First day in hell

   I woke up to the sound of my annoying alarm, rays of sunlight is peeking through my curtains making me groan like a caveman, I hate Mondays, am I the only one? I'm still kind of sleepy we stayed up late last night then I went home at dawn, I wanted to sleep at home because today's the first day of school. How could I forget, today is the first day of me being a badass and people who try to get in my way are gonna pay. 

    I try my best to drag my ass out of bed I don't wanna be late, as much as I hate school I don't wanna be late, I have grades to keep intact, I don't want my reputation to be smudged. I took a shower I tried my best to make it quick because it takes me longer to pick my outfit than taking a shower. After 20 minutes I got out of the bathroom to make one of the hardest decisions I have to make in a day. I ended up wearing a black sleeveless body suit with tattered light washed jeans and my black boots, I put my hoop earrings and glasses on,I also thought of bringing my leather jacket along so I did. Looking at myself in the mirror I'm pretty sure that I look like I'm gonna break some hearts.

   Went down the stairs grabbed an apple from the table saying a goodbye to my mom then I'm out the door.

   As soon as I get out of my car people were staring of course , I'm not boastful but I like to be a show stealer maybe that's why Nina and I are a perfect match. We may not be filthy rich but at least we can afford a nice car, it was my dad's birthday gift to me since he's not always around, he bought me a car to make up for it. He only wants the best for me that's why I'm a daddy's girl.

 "Damn girl you're driving a Hummer now?" Chloe asked while appreciating the beauty of my car.

 "Well it's an advanced birthday gift from my dad" I said with a big smile.

 "I'm not surprised I know that you're a daddy's girl" Nina said while chuckling and giving me a hug, she just parked her car beside mine just like she always does.

 "Come guys lets get to class" Sky said.

  "Woah nice car Shay" Jake said.

  "Thanks but seriously let's get to class."

   What a great to start a Monday, I have math as first period ugh. Idk whose in charge of making the schedule but my schedule sucks. Staying up until dawn isn't much of a help either.

   As I was entering our classroom and saw some familiar faces, I saw people I went to middle school with, some I remembered from freshman and sophomore year and a couple of new faces. While scanning the room I saw him, the boy I kissed I took the furthest seat from him as possible. I sat down by the window, I like sitting by the window because it helps me think and it helps me stay awake in class, whenever I'm bored I just look out of the window.

   The teacher comes in and the lecture starts, there are days when I understand a topic perfectly but today is not one of those days and I'm also kinda bothered that the guy I kissed keeps stealing glances for the last 30 minutes . Maybe next time I'll sit up front next time so I can listen to the lecture better.

  Finally class was over, I grabbed my stuff as fast as I could then stormed out. The other classes went by smoothly. Then the bell rung and it was time for lunch, thank god.

   I bought my lunch then went to our usual table. I was eating my lunch minding my own business my friends were talking I don't even bother joining because I was too busy eating my delicious lunch when my ex's new girl decided to start beef with me, the bitch "accidentally" spilled her milkshake on my head, then when she tried to walk away I tripped her so she fell (face first) and the rest of her lunch exploded in her face and clothes, then when I tried to stand up to go get cleaned she had the audacity to try and pull my jeans, it was her lame attempt to stand up. I pushed her back down and then pushed her head to floor then rubber her face where her food was spilled.

   "What the fuck are you doing?!"

  "You started it bitch you expect me just to fucking let it go? You wish!"

  "You were asking for it!"

  "I was sitting there minding my own business when you spilled your drink all over me! Try pulling another stunt like that again and I will gladly make your life a living hell do you get that?"

  None of my friends were trying to hold me back because they know this bitch did me wrong, they know the whole story.

 Then her knight in shining armor (my ex boyfriend) arrived. Then she started crying then told him how I started the fight blah,blah,blah. Then the principal came in because apparently one of her minions reported what happened.

   Long story short both of us got detention after class, as much as I wanna go home early today, I just can't . First day of school, first day in hell.
