CHAPTER EIGHT: Stay focus

GUSION

I decided to not rush myself and be more serious about the upcoming battle for the lawn of dawn. As I woke up and immediately took a shower. Thinking what I should for the day, Practicing more skills on my combinations? Hangout with those brats? or my favorite place to go somewhere to think.

While walking outside the building, I felt suddenly cold. Shiver strike my body and swiftly go inside. "Why do you look like that?". I heard someone behind. It was Ling.

"I guess its almost winter.. right? I mean it nearly november right now.". I said confusingly. I don't even what I'm talking about. "Eh? I think so too but isnt to-- whatever. See ya.". I guess the topic was a.. nevermind.

Going back to my room, I immediately keep the AC down. I took my comfy purple scarf and winter blazer. I mean its not winter but the cold? Its to much.

As I walk around, felt something or which I say someone is watching me. If they are, then they will just waste their time on me. After wondering around, the speaker suddenly said the words we've been wanting for.

"Attention speaking, we decided to all students of the lawn of dawn are now begining a week for fanfest on halloween! Want More Information? Feel free to check our board on the front desk!!". A Lady stated those words.

A gently soft voice, It might be one of the support role's. (Just saying.. I mean other role girls have soft voice to!!-writter). I quickly head off to the front desk the speaker refering at. I glance the other way and saw Lesley and her brother witnessing the students coming here. Should I aproach her or not?

Forget it, I should stay focus. I lined up and wait for my turn. I felt someone is looking at me so I look around myself and saw Harley throwing death glares at me. What the hell I did to him? I shook my head and realize its my turn. I signed up my name.

"Your team will be announced by tomorrow.". I nodded at the Lady and head out as well. I sighed and keep thinking what I should do for now. "Yo! Feel bored eh?", Alucard asked while chuckling. I raised my brows at him.

"Your no fun at all, I heard there was a new student again in the marksman building.". Is it a girl or a guy? I look at Alucard who was smiling like an idiot. Whats with the creepy ass smile?

"Who is it anyways?". I asked feeling bored actually. "Who else could it be? Of course my man Granger--!". Alucard was stopped as he looking at a tall great looling guy.

"Your so noisy, Alucard.". The guy stated. I looked at him at bottom to top. Whats with mask thingy tho?

"I couldn't agree more.". I tease him He was chukling and looked at me as well. "Names Granger.". He gently lend a hand which I gladly accept it. This guys seems intresting, kinda like me.

"Don't forget about me! Hey the empire was waiting to see you yesterday!". Empire? Isnt that Lady Silvanna's property? Dang, since they know each other then.. he's one of the lightborn's. Very intresting.

"Hey Granger!! I'm not done with you yet--!!". I heard.. Guinevere? She knows him? Since when did that happen? She looked at me and immediately looked at Granger who was right in front of us.

"Come with me right now!". She shouted at him. No words for me, huh? I felt Granger scoff but still it was hidden in his mask.

"Gwen? Since when did you guys know each other so much?". Alucard butt in. I was curious so I waited for her answer. "Its really none of your buisness! You come with me!". She now marched away intensely.

Granger seems to be serious on his face. What the freak is going on? "So your talking about Gwen the girl you keep mentioni--". It seems they do know each other. "Idiot, your too naive. Its not her, ugh.". He laslty glared at me as I did something wrong to him. What the hell? Whats with stares lately.

Granger was now following Guinevere.

Alucard and I decided to talk about it at the cafeteria.

GRANGER

This literally annoying. She was the who's hugging me the other day and now she was mad about it? The f*ck dude. Whatever, I can't be mad at her right now.

"So what now?". I asked straightly that made her nauseaus. "Uh hey, You okay?". I asked as she turned red when I just about to touch her forehead. "Y-yeah! Uh.. about the other day.". She then hesitated and looked at me. It made me confuse so I looked at her too.

"Guin.. what is it..?". I asked again, I'm getting impatient right now. "Sorry about the hug!". Uhh. What the hell? Just that? "Guin, Its.. eh?". Wait why did I stop? I mean its been a while since a girl hugged like that.

She covered her face of embarrassment? I chuckled. She's kinda cute when does tha- wait what. I mean yeah, sure she is. "Don't laugh! I've never hugged a guy that I don't know well..". She's giving me the grumpy face right now.

I just smiled at her, its very rare of me to smile at someone. "Actually, you look very familiar to me! especially your hair!". She stated. Oh.. She still remember that accident when they visited the empire, when we were kids. It made me smiled genuinely.

"It might be a coincidence, princess.". As I said that, she immediately changed her emotions. Turned into a poker face. "Oh.. not the answer, I've been wanting to hear but okay..". She planted an awkward smile. Was she disapointed? I shook my head.

"You'll find him soon.". I said out of nowhere. She just grinned at me. "I can feel it too. I don't wanna bother anymore. I guess this is our last talk, Chanter.". She said those words that made me confused. I was about to asked what she meant by that but she was already out of my sight.

Her words made me disapointed?

LESLEY

This freaking cold is literally killing me. I don't wanna stay at the dorm doing nothing. So I decided to head out with a blazer and some comfy gloves rather than a leather one.

Harley and I went out to see his friends. I guess I'll just watch them from a far. "Sis, Harith has a gurdian so maybe talk to him or something and you can untie your hair if its that cold, you know?". Oh right. I untied my long ass hair that flows throught the wind.

Okay now I feel kinda good now. A few hours later, turning to night. "Uh bro, Where is the hell is your little friend?". I asked rudely. "He's coming but we have to go to that mountian first!". He said as he pointed the mountain top that can see the area.

Not bad, I supposed. I nodded and swiftly walk there. "Here comes Lylia!". Nana shouted. This girl look pretty, same as Nana. "Your the girl, Nana keep mentioning?". Oh I can sense something right now.

"Yup! Thats me. Oh hey prett lady!". She smiled at me. What a nice girl. "Sup-" "Can't you be more faster?". Someone just interrupted me. I looked to direction where the voice was coming for.

"Ooh~ Hey chanter!". Chanter? right. . .

"Uh you?!". I said amusingly. Why does it have to be him?

"Yeah its me. You little rascal, I thought you said a beautiful girl was waiting for me?". Okay now, That made me scoff but I saw all of them chuckles except for this little white haired boy.

"We'll be going to the fish pond! Ciao!!". Nana broke the awkward atmosphere. They all went down that left me and him.

"And why are you still here?". I asked and glared furiously at him. "Is there something I have said wrong?". He teasingly asked but that made me think. If I said yes then I would be guilty and not--

"Did I even asked?". I questioned him back. "Alright alright fine. I'll leave before I pinned you to death.". That made laugh but he just stared at me straight in the eyes. Okay, He's defenitely a weirdo.

He then left me with a smirk and walk away. I look in the stars. So peaceful . . .

"Sup."
