The ball continued. Esther and Elliana receiving men's hand for dancing to which they agreed until Jackson and Nathaniel butted in. They were having an amazing time, dancing and communicating with other noble ladies.

"Lady Elliana and Lady Esther, I haven't seen you before. Did you just become nobility?" A woman asked, fanning her fan as she hid a smirk

"Our father kept us away from tea parties and other noble activities. We didn't know we were nobility until our grandfather came," Elliana explained

"So, you lived as peasants?" The woman chuckled

"What's so wrong with that?" Esther asked, "We've received education just like any noble would and we worked, as I know you nobles do as well,"

Noble ladies started to giggle as the woman eyes widened.

"Jasmine, she got you," A noble giggled, "You don't work a day in your life,"

"Natalie!" Jasmine yelled, her face burning in embarrassment

"So, Lady Elliana and Lady Esther, are you really twins?"

"Yes," Elliana and Esther said

"Oh my, the both of you don't look alike, but I can see the similarities,"

"We're fraternal twins, but we each resemble our parents," Esther stated

"Oh, is your mother here? We saw your father,"

"Our mother passed away during our birth," Elliana said, sporting a sad smile

"Oh, I'm sorry for asking, but at least you have your father,"

"Yes. We're glad to have him, he's the best,"

"If you dont mind me asking, but how do you know Prince Anastasios?" Looking over at Esther

"We've meet at my family's cafe and became acquaintances,"

"Is there anything going on?" Trying to get the gossip

"Of course not. Were just acquaintances, nothing more,"

"No need to get defensive. It's just a little chit chat,"

"Elliana, Esther," They looked behind them and saw Jackson standing there

"Yes?" Elliana said

"I need you to come with me,"

"Excuse us, ladies," Esther said, cursty to them, Elliana did the same as well

They walked away with Jackson, walking outside the ballroom.

"Where are we going, Jackson?" Elliana asked

"It's a surprise," Jackson said, smiling at them

They continued to walk until they stopped in front of a door. Jackson knocked on the door and opened it when a voice called out.

"Esther!" Esther's head looked at the person and her eyes widened

"Lukas!" Esther ran over to him and threw her arms around him, "You have a lot of explaining to do. Oh, I shouldn't be touching you," Esther moved away from him

"And why shouldn't you be touching me? You don't have a problem touching Anastasios," Lukas asked, crossing his arms

"I shouldn't have done that either. The both of you are Royals, Prince's to be exact,"

"That doesn't mean you shouldn't touch us,"

"I don't know what you mean by touching, but I hope it's nothing to defile my daughter," Nathaniel said, swirling his bourbon
