Kai finally made it into the bar. His hair was messed up, his jacket was out of place, and he over all looked disheveled. Diana turned around to see the hot mess of Kai and laughed.

"Real funny." He sarcastically smiled.

"It's hilarious." She continued to laugh.

"Glad to see your enjoying yourself." He couldn't help but feel a little happy at her smile. She rolled her eyes and offered him a drink. "Does this mean what I think it means?"

"Nope. Still think you're a dick." She turned around and walked away.

"Fair enough." Kai drank from his cup. He figured that would happen. He didn't know it'd happen so soon though. Kai was majorly disappointed in himself. He didn't mean what he said. Truth is, he didn't mind being Diana's bonded. He didn't mind at all. But as his father always told him, he messed up everything.

Diana tapped James on the shoulder aggressively to get his attention. He turned away Lucy, "one second darling." He faced Diana, "yes love?" She pointed to Anastasia and Bonnie kissing in a corner and he smiled. "Finally."

"I win by the way." She told him.

"Oh bollocks." He forgot about the bet they had made for how long it took for the two to get together. He pulled out the money and gave it to her. Diana laughed triumphantly.

"Haha! I am the best person in the world." She exclaimed running around the room. James chuckled as he turned back to Lucy.

Diana had made her way to the dance floor and did her normal embarrassing flailing that put her friends to shame. Kai looked to the girl doing the sprinkler in the middle of the room like no one was watching. When in fact, everyone was watching.

"God I love her." Anastasia muttered to James.

"That's our sister." Damon smirked to Stefan.

"And our best friend." Caroline said the everyone.

They all went to join her and danced like idiots. Damon and Stefan even joined in. Kai did the white person dance and jerked his head back and forth as he stood in one place and shot finger guns. Diana had the most fun just dancing stupidly with her friends. After a while she sat down at a table to settle down and Kai went to join her.

"Ugh." She went to stand.

"Would you at least let me apologize?" He asked, grabbing her arm lightly, but forcibly.

"No." She smiled as she shook his hand off.

"I had to apologize to Jo."

"It was a good thing to do." Diana defended.

"Why won't you let me do it to you then?"

"Because I don't wanna forgive you yet."

He looked confused. "So...do I wait?"

"If you want too." She crossed her arms and looked down.

He looked to her and couldn't believe the words he said. "Then I'll wait."

James turned to Anastasia after vampire hearing their conversation. "Twenty bucks they're sleeping together by the end of the month."

"Pfft. Those two stubborn idiots? I give it to the end of the year." She said back.
