Three Shots of Love

Prologue

Friendship.

One of the things we treasure the most.

They say that your lover may leave you, but not your bestfriend.

Bestfriends are with us when we're having fun, we're sad, during our crazy moments, and when we're in love. We share secrets and and lies knowing that we always have each others back. Sisters from another mother, they say.

I met my two beloved bestfriends in our university. We named our group TaMieLinda. Is the name weird? Well, when you're in college, you just want to be unique. So since we have the same mindset, we decided our group name by combining our first names.

The first syllable came from Tammy's name. And Tammy is the toughest among us three. She has a boyish nature. She's the protector of the group that's why we depend on her most of the time. But what the people don't know, behind Tammy's boyish acts hides a soft hearted girl that needs love and affection.

The second syllable came from Miel 's name . The most girly in our group. Miel is the opposite of Tammy. She's our Ms. Perfect, who's very good in everything. A university achiever, very prim and proper, and she thinks before she acts. She sees to it that everything is all planned and well executed. But we cannot plan everything, can we? 

And last but not the least, the 3rd syllable came from my name, Belinda. I am the life of the party. The joker of the group. I always want my friends to be happy cause that makes me happy. I treasure our friendship a lot. That's why I want to keep it forever if I could. But sometimes I wonder, will there be someone willing to do the same for me? 

We may have different personalities. But there is one thing the three of us have in common, we are all hungry for love; to love and be loved. 

But what if one day, love suddenly come? 

Will anything change?
