1. ENGAGE IN HOBBIES.
This opens opportunities for you to get to know yourself better and at the same time be knowledgeable in more topics for conversations. This also widens your network, because you would have more people to share common interests with. It also opens your creative side and allows you to connect with yourself. This also builds confidence and reminds you of your values in life.
2. RISE EARLY.
Waking up ahead of schedule gives you more time to prepare, thus leads to being mentally alert. This makes you respond better in situations. It also makes you uphold your virtues strongly so that you would not lose yourself in tough events. It also gives you more minutes to take deep breaths and even meditate.
3. LEARN WHEN TO SAY "NO."
By doing this, you develop your boundaries and become better in protecting yourself and your energy. It also inspires you to preserve yourself and to give more value to yourself, because you teach people that you are not just gotten but earned. This also enhances self-respect. With this, comes a dynamic personality.
4. DRESS WELL.
Do not pressure yourself into wearing clothes that restrict your comfort. Let your fashion statement be comfortable and at the same time -- stylish. Still, let it reflect who you are inside. Have your own signature style and be confident enough to express it. Dress accordingly, and do it with grace.
5. MEAN WHAT YOU SAY.
This practices dignity and integrity. Do not make promises you cannot commit to. Do not make decisions that you do not plan on taking seriously. If you tell someone you care for them, make sure you mean it and that you are not saying it just because of the heat of the moment. Stick with your own personal standards and beliefs regarding what you can take and what you cannot take. With this, you are believed to be more trustworthy than others who habitually lie or brush off their promises. When people trust you, you tend to feel more confident and resistant to temptations.
6. SAY WHAT YOU MEAN.
Such conveys to be straightforward. Being direct about your boundaries, your hopes and desires, and your goals -- will simplify your life. No need to beat around the bush. Teamwork makes the dream work. Let people know what you wish they would know. It is totally fine and acceptable to keep secrets, but if you want them to know something, do not just drop hints and be passive-aggressive when they would not get them. When you are being honest, you draw sincerity towards you and you'll be surprised at how many people were just actually waiting for the moment of call as to when they could come through at your aid.
7. LEARN TO CLAP IN THE VICTORY OF OTHERS.
Do not be envious of anyone. Everyone has their own share of strengths and weaknesses. Your time will come. Remember that the best things in nature take their own time to fully bloom -- they have their own seasons. The spotlight is not always on you, but to take away someone's would not bring any good light on yourself. People admire smart people. People admire and respect those who make them feel smart. By following through on this, you draw people's subconscious to associate you with great feelings, and let them gravitate towards you. This also improves your self-esteem because you assure yourself that you are already good enough. It also raises your vibration by appreciating the beauty of the world and the people around you.
A humble and appreciative character is essential in achieving fulfillment and happiness.
