Twenty one years old Katy endures domestic violence by her husband until Ryan comes into her life.
But as everything was going good, Katy's life once more turned on it's head.

Ryan asked all his doctors to act along. And they agreed on one condition.
The condition was that the day they were going to pretend to do the operation, that day Ryan will tell Katy the truth.
Ryan agreed and so does everyone. Sandra, Aurora and Brody were sitting at the cafe nearby the hospital. They already knew the truth.
The atmosphere was quiet. Brody looking down at his hands. Aurora looking at something which doesn't even exist. Sandra covered her eyes and started crying.
"Poor baby". Cried Sandra.
"I never thought that my brother will be taken away from me". Cried Brody.
"What are you saying? He is not going to die. My son will live". Aurora cried and she kept whispering one thing. "He is going to live".
(At The Hospital)
Katy and Ryan were sitting in the hospital. They were waiting for the time to pass. Katy was waiting because she couldn't wait for the operation day.
And Ryan was waiting so that he can leave the world with peace by telling the truth to Katy tomorrow.
Katy was holding Ryan's hand and her head was resting on Ryan's shoulder.
"Teddy?". She called. "Hmm?".
"Few days after your operation, we will go for our honeymoon. We never went on one since our marriage". Said Katy.
Ryan kept quiet and looked down. "Okay?". She asked again.
"Yes I will take you". He said but little did Katy noticed, his eyes were teary. He looked up the ceiling so that his tears goes inside again.
"Teddy?". Katy called again. "Yeah?".
"I miss your laugh". Said Katy as she passed a smile to Ryan. Ryan did the same. "You'll get to see it soon". Said Ryan.
"I need water". Said Ryan. "Let me bring it for you". Katy stood up and went inside the room.
Ryan sat there alone. Thinking, that his life is ending. That's all? There are still some happiness he didn't experience.
"So this was life?". Ryan thought. "I wish I could live more. And cherish every moment with Katy".
The thoughts of dying very soon made Ryan slowly drifting to depression.
He loudly stomp his feet on the ground.

Katy came back and saw Ryan with this condition. "Oh my God Ryan what happened?". She quickly came running to him.
"Nothing Katy. I'm just scared of the operation". He said. "Don't worry. You're going to be okay". Katy kissed his cheek.
She helped him drink the water.

Few hours later...
Brody entered the room and saw Ryan lying on the bed and Katy sitting beside him. Katy kissed Ryan's forehead and left the room so that Brody and Ryan can spend some time alone time.
Brody sat on the chair beside his bed. "Ryan?".
"Yes Brody?". He said.
They said nothing. There was silence after taking each others names. But then they both started crying. Brody quickly hugged Ryan.
Ryan tightened the hug as he realised that this is the last time he is hugging his brother.
Brody realised maybe this is last time he is feeling this warmth. Ryan pulled back and wiped Brody's tears. Brody couldn't control he hugged him again.
"Don't go Ryan. Please... I promise I will become the best big brother. You BBB or triple B whatever you like".
"I will stay in your heart forever Brody. I'm sorry for everything". Said Ryan that made Brody cry even more.
Sandra entered. "Ryan?". She called. Ryan quickly spread his hands and call her for the hug. She ran and hugged Ryan.
"Ryan I'm sorry. I couldn't do anything. I was ready to give you my life my living years but this is not in the destiny". Sandra cried.
"No Miss Sandra. I appreciate but it's not your fault. God has other plans. I know you people tried so hard to save me". Said Ryan as he wiped Sandra's tears. "Tomorrow I will tell Katy the truth. So make sure she doesn't doesn't do anything stupid. And her life is not ended yet. She can still stable her life. She has a whole journey to go along unlike me". Ryan said very sadly.
They were talking when Aurora entered the room. She sat beside Ryan. Sandra left the room with Brody.
"Mom?". Ryan called. She looked at him.
"Are you not going to hug me?". He asked. Aurora smacked her lips inwards.
"Mom. Please ... Hug me. Are you not going to meet me for the last time?". Asked Ryan. Aurora started crying uncontrollably.
She hugged Ryan. "Don't say this Ryan. You don't know how much you have hurt me. I wish you have told me earlier. I wish you didn't hide your symptoms".
"Mom I'm sorry. I know I hurt you a lot. It's ok. You will no longer have complaints from me after this". Said Ryan. His tears cascaded down his cheeks.
Aurora wiped his tears with her thumbs. And Ryan realised that he was the one wiping tears of everyone. But his tears were wiped only by his mother. At last a mother is a mother.
