I sat there in my small crib like bed staring at the door in a state of frozen shock. My small frame trembled in absolute fear as I heard unusual noises outside my room, down the corridor. Another smash of glass and hushed whispers was heard with my delicate Child ears. I was scared.

Because everything was sitting in pure darkness, beside my tiny candle beside my bed, I saw the distant glow of another lantern, creep closer and closer. No one was meant to be in this area of the castle at night, sometimes not even in the day. I'm scared it's another one of those bad Men, coming to harm me or my siblings.

The lantern was getting closer and closer, light footsteps were starting to be heard. Footsteps I didn't recognise and that scared me even more. Chills covered my milky skin, yet I was also covered in thin sheen of sweat.

The footsteps got louder and all I had to hide under was my rough goat skinned blanket. I cowered in fear as they were now just around the corner from my doorway. Where were the guards?

"You can't run forever pup. Alas I have you; it was harder than expected, but here I am."

His words rang around the room in a terrorising echo. The lantern he carried lit up the room in a dull glow, but I still saw him as clear as I would in a bright summer day. He was a large muscular man, covered in scars and cuts, open wounds ran up his arms and legs as if he just stepped out of battle. He may as well did, considering my guards weren't here. His eyes are what will haunt me until the end of time, gleaming with the most sadistic energy, like he enjoyed the hunt.

"You don't understand how long it's been..." he trailed off, stepping into the room one foot at a time. A sarcastic smirk plastered on his mid she's face.

"Dany... help me!" I don't know what came over me, but I screamed at the top of my lungs, feeling the raw burn down my throat. I needed help, and this was the only way.

"You pathetic child, you think anyone's going to save you? silly little girl."

Tears where free falling down my scared little cheeks. Visery's always taught me to never cry, but I couldn't help it.

"Dyanna!" My sisters yell, flew down the halls, followed by a mass of clattering metal on metal.

I watched as the man cursed and a dark look overcame his features when he peaked around the doorway.

"You're going to end quicker than you deserve, Targaryen filth." He spat and before I could blink he threw scolding oil onto my bed and body, before throwing the lantern he held in his hands.

It all happened too quickly for my little mind to register.

Flames engulfed my bed faster than I could blink. Glass from the lantern attacked my skin, creating wounds like that scary man had. That's the only pain I felt.
