Sleep. Eat. Work.
This has been the daily routine of Josh, a CPA of ABC and Co. He moves back to the province due to the lockdown that was imposed by the government.
Sixteen days. This is how long he has to wait before he was able to see his family. He was alone in their family's extra house. Sixteen days of loneliness. Sixteen days of no human interaction. Sixteen days of laptop and cellphone. This is the only things that is keeping him sane.
Days had passed by faster, yet nights become slower. So slow that you can hear the sound of the wind and the purring of animals.
Sixteen days. This is gonna be long.
Think, he told himself. "What to do?"
Pending working papers. Yes. That's it.
However, after a few hours of work, hours become so saggy that boredom strikes.
Eyes closed.
Sleep.
Wakes up in the middle of the night with nothing to do. Nothing. Yet theres a phone on hand searches YouTube, Twitter and Instagram. It became a whirlwind of social media. Give a like. Heart a post. Poke a person.
Then an advertisement came by Mobile Legends Bang Bang.
It started it all.
