He did the unexpected he smacked me right in my face. I was taken a back from the whole situation. "What did you do that for?" I asked Jake. He answered my question by walking out of the door and then slamming it. This whole situation was confusing me. I held the spot where he smacked me and I sat back on the couch. "How could he smack me I am a girl?" I said very loud then glaring at the front door where he was standing before. I removed my hand from my face and I got up off of the couch and I walked into my room. Then I laid on my bed and stuffed my face into my pillow. I stayed in that position for a while and I thought about the whole situation. When I managed to get myself together I sat up on my bed. I sat there and then I heard my phone ring inside of the living room. I hesitantly got off of my bed and went to pick it up and when I answered it and it was my mom. It was weird because I haven't heard for her in probably 2 years. "Hello" I said hesitantly. "Hey California how are you doing daughter?" She said slurring her words, I could tell she was so drunk. "Mom where are you and why are you drunk the last time I heard from you the rehab center said you can't drink." I was worried for her even though we ended on a really bad note. "Cali I really love so much even though I let cousin George rape you last year!!" She said basically screaming at the top her lungs. All of the color in my face flushed out of my face I was so embarrassed she basically shouted all my business to everyone she was with. "Mom shut up, where are you?" I asked angry but I wanted to help her. "I'm with my...." Then the phone hung up on me, I quickly click on her contact icon again and the phone rang and she did not answer, I try again and again and she does not answer all the times I call her. "What is wrong with her." I ask out loud.
