"Hello I'm Annika singh oberoi"
"This is Soumya Agarwal" both ladies shook hands while Shivaay sat outside.
Saumya smiled awkwardly having still not forgotten the previous encounter with Annika.
"Sorry for the previous behaviour" Annika smiled looking here and there, but looking into the doctor's eyes directly.
"I can understand. Let's forget it" Soumya smiled fondly. After all she was a doctor and understood her patients to an extent in the first encounter although not very well.
"So Annika what has been going in your life. Like what do you do daily. Like your routine everyday" Soumya started
"I'm pursuing a degree" Annika replied "and then like every other housewives daily chores" Annika added with a smile
"How is your relationship with Mr Shivaay. I mean your marital life?"
"Not very bad atleast not bad as you think, he troubles me a lot, a very lot." Annika winked naughtily and Saumya understood what she was implying and nodded her head affirmatively.
"So Annika we are coming to the main question. When and how did this headaches and nightmares start? I like know what you see in it. Mr Shivaay told me that ofcourse."
"I don't remember exactly when it started but it was around the time I had my semester exams. I didn't sleep properly and then this followed a few days after it. It stopped with the exams stopping. But later when i get stressed or something I get the headaches suddenly, but the last time I saw the little girl of my dream in front of me and the headache became more worse. I hadn't even told Shivaay of what happened the last time" Annika completed with her forehead wrinkled.
"Had it happened before like in your childhood or whenever you were a teenager" Soumya questioned to which Annika nodded a No. Nothing sort of that had ever happened to her before the semester exams, she was sure. Soumya nodded
"What happened the last time before you experienced it?" Saumya was now eager.
"I had stopped my car at the traffic signal and them saw a little child who was selling flowers. She called me Didi and then the headache started coming in. Later whatever followed I already told you Soumya" Annika replied gulping down the glass of water infront of her. The very thought of the last incident made her restless. She was sweating.
"Thank you for the cooperation Annika" Soumya assured.
"Nothing is wrong with you Annika. It's just that when you are stressed you become overexcited. Try to reduce stress. Engage in listening to music, cooking, gardening or watching movies, anything that makes you happy and you'd be OK. And have your meals on time and keep yourself always hydrated.Did you understand?"
"Yep I did" Annika replied honestly
"Felt good talking to me?"
"Very much. And thank you" Annika replied gratefully.
"Will you come to meet me again?"
"Why not. Definitely" Annika replied with a wide smile
"It was nice meeting you Mrs Oberoi"
"Same here Doctor Soumya", Annika shook hands and left, while Soumya kept on looking thoughtfully.
