Jaeden's POV
I was getting ready for the defending Jacob premier (let's pretend corona doesn't exist 😔👊🏻) I was at this hotel with my stylist and he was just doing his job.

I was happy that I'm gonna see everyone again
*time skip to the premier bc I have zero creativity*

Your POV
I was getting ready for the defending Jacob premier since I promised my dad I would go. He was kinda mad at me for not going to the knives out premier so I like owe him this.

My stylist was finishing my hair and it looked really pretty, my hair was down and she kinda curled it, it looked really good.

When she finished I thanked her and told her how amazing this looked, while I was looking at myself in the mirror my dad came in, and he just stood there looking at me "what?" I asked with a smile "when did you get that big?" Dad asked, his eyes started to look glossy "oh dad, no! If you cry then I'll cry" I said walking towards him giving him a hug "you look just like your mother" he said and I laughed "damn you two really love each other, dad she's not dead, she's only filming another movie. You're such a drama queen" I said and rolled my eyes, he just laughed.

On our way to the premier dad and I were talking when he said " oh, I forgot to tell you, jaeden is gonna be there too" he said "Jaeden as in the guy from knives out?" I asked "yep" he replied 'well at least this time I'll talk to someone my age' I thought.

When we got there a bunch of lights started flashing and everyone started screaming as we were walking to the red carpet paparazzi took lots of pictures and then some interviewers wanted to talk to me. After I did all of that I went towards the room we were supposed to go (is it so obvious that I don't know shit about premiers?).

While I was walking towards the room I found the so called jaeden dad always talked about him and how talented he was. So I decided to talk to him, I walked towards him and tapped his shoulder, he turned "oh hi! Jaeden right?" I asked with a smile "y-yeah you must be y/n Chris' daughter" he stated "yup" I said "well it nice to finally meet you, Chris talks about you a lot" he said "yeah well my dad talks about you a lot too" I said and he laughed

We sat together in the room and we talked, a lot, but I don't know, there was something about him, something that made me feel as if we were best friends, crazy right?
