I'm starting my freshman year of college. I'm told I will be roommates with Ashtyn Black. It turns out the college made a mistake and now we have to adjust to living with the opposite gender.

"Goodmorning beautiful." Ash said as he leaned down to kiss me.
"Morning handsome." I smiled.
"Be ready by 5 tonight, we are going out. Wear something fancy." He said.
"Where are we going?"
"That's a surprise. You'll find out tonight. I have to go in to work but when I get home be ready to leave." He said and kissed me one last time before he got up.
I eventually rolled out of bed and went into the living room to sit on the couch. Kayley made Addie and I pancakes and brought to us so we could eat on the couch.
"So did you know about Ash taking me out tonight?" I question her.
"Hmmm. I might have but I'm not telling you where so don't even ask. Josh and I are staying here with Addie and you two can go and enjoy your night out."
"I'm not even supposed to be out of bed so I don't know why he would want to take me out now." I shrugged.
We sat on the couch and watched Disney movies with Addie for the rest of the day. Around 4 o'clock we went to my room to find something I could wear. None of my stuff fit anymore so I have to wear the stuff I got for Christmas.
I found a short peach dress that had 3/4 sleeves and a floral pattern. I paired it with brown flat sandals. Kayley curled my hair and did my makeup and Addie picked out a bracelet for me to wear.

At five o'clock ash came in. He was wearing a black and white tux. Boy did he look sexy in that suit. "You look gorgeous." He said and stared at me. "You ready?" I nodded and looped my arm in his.
We walked out of the apartment and there was a horse carriage waiting. It was pulled by two beautiful white Clydesdales. "I can't believe you did this." I'm shocked that Ash went through this much trouble.
"I did it for you. You deserve it." He smiled at me and I kissed him.
We rode the carriage around the park and it stopped in front of the big water fountain. People were all around the park, laughing and talking to their people. Ash helped me out of the carriage and we stood staring at the fountain. He turned me around and grabbed my hands to stare into my eyes.
"Nicole, ever since the first day I walked into our dorm room I felt a connection for you. At first I thought that it was just in a friendly way but as time past I started to realize it was more than how I would like a friend. When I was around you my heart would beat faster and I got butterflies in my stomach. I tried to ignore it but after a while I couldn't hold it in anymore.
The day you told me you was pregnant I felt broken at first. I thought you were pregnant by another guy and that hurt. When you said it had to be mine I was ecstatic. The thought of you being the mother of my children was amazing. You was always by my side through everything. You've been great to Addie and I couldn't thank you enough. You didnt have to do that for me but you did.
We've had a few rough spots but in the end I love you more than ever. I love everything about you and I love our children. I love the way you look when your nervous or just waking up. I love how your not afraid to take up for yourself. I love how you make me feel when all you do is smile at me. I love how much you love to be in my arms. And most importantly I love you."
I'm in tears. I had no idea he thought all that. He lowers himself down on one knee and a gasp. "Nicole Marie Winters, will you marry me and grow old with me as we watch our kids grow up?" I couldn't get any words to come out of my mouth so I just nodded and pulled him up.
"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes." I finally get out and I pull him into a kiss. He wraps his arms around me and pulls back. That's when I hear clapping all around. I look up and notice the crowd surrounding us and I blush.
Kayley comes running up to us with Josh and Addie following her. "Congratulations girly. I'm so happy for you two. I got it all on video." She said and smiled at me.
"Ash, I love you so much." I say and cuddle into his side more.
"I love you more Nic." He said and hugged me tight.
Josh finally reached us. "Take good care of my cus." He said to Ash.
"Of course." Ash nodded.
"We tried to get everyone here but they were all busy so we decided to videotape it so you can show them if you want to." Ash said looking at me.
"Wait, you two knew he was going to propose?" I look between Josh and Kayley.
"Yes. He came to us to make sure you would like the ring and his plan." Kayley said.
"Oh okay. Thank you guys." I turned to Ash. "And I loved it. I couldn't imagine a better way." I smiled.
"I'm glad you loved it, future wife." He said and smiled.
"Have I told you I loved you?" I asked with a giggle.
"A few times." He smirked and I nuzzled into him again.
At that moment I felt liquid run down my leg. I froze. Ash pulled away to look at me. "What's wrong?"
"Umm uh." I didn't really know what happened so I whispered in his ear, "I think I may have just peed."
He pulled away laughing before looking at my face and seeing I'm serious. "Oh, your serious."
"What happened?" Kayley asks. I bend over as a pain shoots through my back.
"Arghhhh." I yell out in pain. "Never mind I don't think it was pee. The twins are coming." I shout and everyone looks at me with shocked faces.
"Come on my car is over there." Josh said and took off running with Addie in his arms. Ash scooped me up and carried me to the backseat. He sat beside me and Addie on his other side as Josh raced off to the hospital.
