this is a band au where Miu is the lead singer, Kiyo plays bass and Kokichi is on drums, their bands name is Electric Rose and their music mainly sounds like Jazmine Bean, Poppy, Nova Twins, Mindless Self Indulgence and Destroy Boys.

"Im sorry guys, i just don't feel like this is me anymore. I gotta go out and find myself." Kaito explained

"Oh so you're just gunna leave us without a guitarist right before a tour?! God you're an asshole!" Miu yelled in return.

Kaito was leaving the band to travel with his boyfriend and Miu was obviously pissed. Korekiyo was trying to calm her down and Kokichi was laughing and making side comments to the argument every now and then just to heat things up.

After more pointless arguing Miu finally had it "FINE! leave with your stupid boyfriend, we'll get a new guitarist before the tour, and they'll be a thousand times better than you too! See ya fuckass, bonjour or whatever!"
Kaito and Korekiyo sighed at her screaming as Kokichi continued to laugh his ass off.

"Guess im out then... see ya" Kaito said with slight regret hidden in his voice. They said their goodbyes and that was it. They didn't necessarily need Kaito, he was the least favorite among the fans so not many people would be upset but the only question was: how were they supposed find another guitarist in a week?

I had my first gig at a bar called Hanamura, it was pretty damn nerve racking. Id always just recorded music at home then post it on Instagram and youtube, but i couldn't use social media to pay my bills. I wanted to become a real artist and this was just the start.

I entered the backstage area of the bar with the rest of my band. We mainly just started the band for fun, i'm the only one who wants a career in music. Himiko learned bass because Angie pushed her to do so, Kiibo took interest in drums for his own personal reasons that he just won't explain and i learned guitar so i could be a star one day, i was already a decent singer so i figured 'why not'. And with that we formed our band "Eyeshine". (it's an actual band and the lead singer is actually rantaro's english va)

We stepped on stage to see a small crowd near us as well as some people in the back drinking at the bar.

I tapped the mic in front of me and it rang slightly, i leaned forward and said "we're Eyeshine and this song is called Vertigo"

And so we played through 5 songs with a decent response from the audience too, the crowd grew as the night went on but it ended soon enough.

I walked to the bar a bit after we were done, i desperately needed a drink after that.

After ordering a guy with long dark hair and a mask covering his mouth sat next to me, i didn't think anything of it until he payed for my drink. I looked to him questioningly and he laughed at my confusion "i apologize, i forgot to introduce myself. I'm Korekiyo Shinguji" then it clicked.

Korekiyo Shinguji, also known as the bassist for the world famous rock band Electric Roses. All i could think was 'holy fucking shit'.

"I'm guessing you recognize me now"

"huh?" i responded

"you just have that look on your face" he said teasingly taking a sip of his drink.

'Why is he so enticing' i thought whilst attempting to redeem myself. "Well yeah, i know who you are it just didn't click at first y'know"

"yes, i get that a-lot, even with the mask i'm much less recognizable compared to my other band mates."
