webs and fire(mbs)

introduction

A 18 year old boy who was born with a gift of superpowers. he can shoot webs out of wrist and climb on walls. He found this out when her 14 when he was able to climb into his upstairs window without his rope. He now uses his powers for good and often checks on his town. Also did I mention that he can set fires? Due to being known for his web shooting abilities his fire power is often forgotten. He caused three well known fires in his town on accident when he got upset, but maybe saving lives can make up for it?
