Baekhyun stood outside the tent bar, glancing at his wrist watch. His shirt, coat and dark slacks were replaced with a plain black T-shirt, denim jeans and a royal blue jacket. It was nearing two in the morning and someone had called him saying it's urgent to meet up.
He saw the familiar figure emerging. She was clad in a blue hoodie jacket, a white tank top underneath and dark skinny jeans. She sauntered towards him before stopping right in front of him, with a smirk on her face and shrugged. "I'm hungry."
Baekhyun let out a laugh of disbelief. "You brought me here saying it's urgent just to eat?"
She pouted while crossing her arms and looked around before inching towards him, whispering. "Yes."
He raised his hand in a fist and almost punched the girl. "I was sleeping and you woke me up just to play around." He sighed. "She was right, you are stressing me out."
Taehee raised her hands as if she was surrendering, "Wait, mister. That is exactly the point of me bringing you here."
"Uh?" He raised a brow at her, frowning. "What do you mean?"
"Even though you do think I'm dumb," She rested her arm on his shoulder. "It doesn't change the fact that I'm pretty observant."
He pushed her arm away, narrowing his eyes at her. "Just get to the point, I am not wasting the whole night here when I could be sleeping soundly."
She crossed her arms while rolling her eyes, "What I mean is that I've witnessed how stressed you've been ever since the day I met you. Do you really live your life like that?"
He glanced around him as if looking for answers, "How is it stressful? Everyone works hard. You cannot achieve anything in life without working your ass off for it."
"I'm sure you know that's not what I meant." She huffed out. "Constantly thinking how you'd meet Taeyeon's expectations, how you'd meet her needs, how you'd keep her happy, how you'd not embarrass her. Do you think this is normal?"
Baekhyun raked a hand through his hair, "What are you trying to do here?" He frowned before his mouth curling up into a smirk. "Don't tell me..."
"I don't like you, if that's what you think." She rubbed her hands together, rolling her eyes. "But that's not what I meant and not that I care, what I mean is that not only are you stressed with your work but your 'relationship' adds a lot of extra stress."
"You can't shit about relationships in front of a grown adult and expect them to stare at you dumbly, do you?" He took a step towards her, raising a brow.
"I'm not shitting about your relationship." She took a step back and fumbled with the sling bag hanging from her neck. "Even someone with mental disorders like me can see what you can't."
He bit the inside of his cheeks while rubbing his chin before narrowing his eyes at the girl. "You know what, shut up and tell me why I'm here."
She planted hands on her waist and sharply looked at him from head to toe to which he gulped and shifted uncomfortably. Her eyebrows pinched together. "Look at you, your muscles are so tensed." She said, shaking her head.
He gave her a confused look.
"You need to de-stress and that is exactly why you're here."
"And how are you going to do that for me?" He cocked his head.
