                       "The Magic of Music"

In the orchestra pit starts a story

With musicians preparing to create a symphony

Combining beats that form the perfect melody,

Seems like a song designed just for you and me

Fingers poised carefully on their respective instruments,

Ready to start whenever the conductor gestures to them

It seems that no matter what the piece,

The conductor really is the master.

With just a flick of his stick, the music can be greatly altered

Though that is the case, the performers still play magnificently,

Bewitching the audience with melodies as their spell

Stunning many into silence

And stirring the hearts of the audience

Yes, it all feels quite magical,

Tears springing to our eyes from hearing their performance

It's as if they've harnessed some sort of otherworldly magic,

And we're attracted to the symphony as if they're metal and we're magnets

As it began so softly it ended just as quietly

Followed by the applause of the touched listeners

They bowed graciously after receiving a standing ovation

Humbly taking praises from many awed faces

To everyone who was in the room, it was truly a magical night

Memories of the music, will surely never leave their minds
