Getting a new girlfriend.“You’re horrible!” Rose (current girlfriend) shrieked and covered her mouth after reading Sam’s senior questionare answers.
She smacked his shoulder and sat on the other side of the couch. Sam threw his arms behind his head and sighed nonchalantly.
“I could never replace you Rose,” he grinned as she gazed at him ardently.
“Aw, Sam. You’re too much.”
His smile curved into a sly smirk as his eyes bored into hers. “That’s what you want me to say, right?”
He shifted and rested his knee on the other leg. After another sigh, he continued.
“Sorry, but I’m not so easy to display my emotions that affectionately.”
Rose crossed her arms and reached for the chips across the table.
“You know, one day, that whole ‘bad-boy’ look you give everyone isn’t gonna work and you’re gonna meet someone that will make you show your true feelings to them.”
He waved his hand, motioning her to stop talking and closed his eyes.
“Yeah, and that day will come right after the demons from the gates of Hell take over the world.” He chuckled.
“Oh but wait, my bad. There’s already one here.”
Rose threw one of the velvet pillows next to her at Sam.
“I seriously hate you.”
“Then break up with me.”
Rose shut her mouth and mumbled, “You really have to stop with these jokes Sam.”
He closed his eyes and dozed off while Rose moved onto the other couch to lay down. She placed her hands on the temples of her head and exhaled.
“God, what am I going to do with you?”
