Chapter 8

Harry's P.O.V.

The hatch on the door came loose. Bang..Bang..Bang.. was the sound the door made rattling against the side of the basket.  Lily clung to me, she wrapped her arms around my waist.  I quickly went over and hatched the door back up. We both just stood there for a second, a bit shaken up about the whole thing.  

"That was scary, I would have fallen out if it weren't for you" said Lily in a quiet tone.  

"You're beautiful, I..I mean you're welcome" I said back to her, blushing slightly. "Sorry, that just slipped out, you really are beautiful, and the sweetest girl.  I know we just met, but you're different.  I always tend to go for older girls, but there's something really special about you.  I just don't know how to put it..I fancy you."

"Fancy? You've gotta remember Harry.  I moved away from Britain when I was young.  Being in the states has changed me, and you guys talk so differently in Britain." said Lily.

"Fancy.. well it basically means I like you." 

At that instant, the hot air balloon bumped us both to the right.  I find Lily on me, and then I realized, her lips were on mine.  I think we were both a bit shocked, but we were both enjoying what was happening. The kiss began to get more intense.  I felt the breeze go through our shirts.  I put my hand up her shirt as the wind blew through it.  I didn't want to scare her or anything so i controlled myself the best that I could.  I was sort of feeling her up, being the hormonal guy that I am.  I struggled to control myself.  She didn't hestitate at all, as her hand began to go up my shirt.  She felt my abs, and then down near my waistline. Everything was perfect until we stopped kissing abruptly and turned our heads.  There next to us was the lads in their hot air balloons.  

"Get a room!" screamed Louis.  

"Use protection!" yelled Niall.

"Guys! We were just kissing.  But thanks for having my back" I said grinning at them. I was upset, I was really enjoying that moment with Lily, it felt as if sparks had been flying.  Thats the best kiss I've had since I can remember.  

I looked towards Lily, seeing her blushing furiously.

Lily's P.O.V.

Wow, what just happened.  Did I just makeout with Harry Styles. Shit, that was great.  I've only made out with 3 guys before this, and Harry was by far the best kisser.  His lips were shaped perfectly, and body was amazing.  We seriously just felt each other up though.  Quickly I turned my head noticing that my dad's hot air balloon was off in the distance.  That was the biggest relief of the day.  

I can't believe that just happened though, I never imagined kissing Harry Styles. Like what even.  

I looked to the side of me for a second noticing that Harry was staring at me.  He was biting his lip and a smirk appeared.  

I whispered, "You're a great kisser."

He winked at me, "You're an even better one."

This hot air balloon ride was definitely one I wasn't going to forget.  We quietly stood together holding hands the rest of the ride.  I then felt us slowly drifting down, and finally we all landed in a big open field.  

"Well boys, wasn't that a romantic ride." said Liam.  Looking especially towards me and Harry.

"Shush your mouth" I said.  Mocking the grin he gave me. Liam was a really funny guy, I'm so glad we went on this trip, and espcially glad i've gotten to know them.  I sure hope i can get to know them better.

We arrived back in the city about an hour later.  

I saw the boys gather together and they seemed to be talking about something pretty serious.  They looked like they were making a serious decision or something.  Finally they all smiled at once and looked over at me.  I realized that I was put on the spot.  

"Yes?" I said scanning all of their faces.

"Lily, we wanted to ask you something." said Harry.  "We want to know if you want to spend some time in New York with us, then come on tour with us. I know its a lot to ask of you, but if your dad won't let you we understand.  But it was worth for us to at least ask."  

"Tour?! With One direction? I said.  "I'll go ask my dad right now!"

I then found myself traveling with One Direction to their hotel in New York City.  I stopped by my house first and grabbed almost everything I needed.  Clothing, money, makeup, and my phone.  Something I had forgotten to check.  

NEW MESSAGES (20)

I looked at my phone in shock. Twenty messages? Who could these be from? I quickly saw who they were from..

Then BANG.
