Dallon's POV
You can do this Weekes I think to myself as I make my way back to the register.
Brendon looks up from where he's standing noticing someone is at the counter. There's barely anyone in the shop, so I guess the rush had ended.
"Hey cutie back for round tw-" he stops talking when I hold out my hand, carefully making sure the paper is still folded as to hide what is inside.
"What's this?" He questions, eyeing the slip. I smirk and hand it too him, preparing to make an exit as smoothly as possible.
"It's the drink you recommended." I say. He stares at the paper then looks back up at me, his eyes wide in realization. Giggling slightly, I wink and walk out of the shop.
The bells above the door jingle behind me and I brave the wind and snow that follows.
Great idea Dallon, leave the only warm place you could go I think, mentally slapping myself yet again.
Looking around, I can't find another place to shelter myself in, so I find the nearest bus station and sit myself on the bench.
Vibt vibt I feel my butt vibrate. Well, my phone in my back pocket vibrate. I know it's him.

It's not too far from here just hurryI stare at the address, is it his house? Why would he give the address to some stranger? Then again, there isn't really anywhere else we could meet.
Trudging through the snow alone, I find the address and wait outside.
It's a small staircase that leads to what I'm assuming is an apartment complex. The building is almost like something you would see in an older part of New York. Which is what it was, I realized once I looked around.
There were people all around now, I noticed they came outside once the snow turned into small flurries.
"Hey.." A voice broke me from my thoughts. I looked down and there he was, it was Brendon. Turns out that it was him texting me. I had been skeptical.
"Hey stranger." I smiled.
"Hi...I'm uh...yeah." He said awkwardly. I couldn't help but giggle at his awkwardness.
We fell into silence for a moment, and I began to notice his features more clearly. There were snowflakes gathering in his small tufts of hair, it was adorable to no end.
The silence was broken when I began to shiver from the cold.
"Oh, oh sorry you must be freezing!" He said. He rushed past me to the door and opened it, gesturing for me to walk through.
There was two doors on either side of the hall I had walked into, and a staircase leading up to two more doors.
"My apartment is up there." Brendon said in a hushed tone. He pointed to the door on the left.
"Oh ok I'll just-"
"Shhhhh! The lady that lives down here always-"
He was cut off by the door on my right opening. Standing there was an old lady, around 5'4, how reminded me of a grandma.
"Oh hello Brendon! I heard voices outside and I wanted to see who is was." She smiled brightly at him before looking up at me. "Who's this? A new boyfr-"
"Hi Ms.Jenkins, nice talking to you but," Brendon cut her off before she could finish and began pushing me up the stairs. "I really can't chat right now. I'll come check on you later though okay?" His face was bright red.
"Okay dear! Don't be too noisy now." She shook her finger and me and winked, and I felt myself begin to get red.
A/N: There ya go for whoever told me to update thanks for the motivation.
