Fireworks [A Milo Manheim Short Story]

Hulu & Chill

Sage practically chugged the ice water Milo had given her, sighing contently as it soothed her dry throat. The a/c in the house already making her feel less lightheaded. She followed Milo up the wooden staircase, most of the 'adults' were busy drinking and playing poker in the other much larger living room. He led her to the end of the hall making a left into the last room at the end.

Milo shut the door behind them before nervously picking up items of clothes that never quite made it to the laundry hamper in his closet.
"I've never met a guy with a cologne collection like this.."
"I really like to make sure I smell good." He laughed, feeling less nervous about the fact he had this beautiful girl in his room and neither of them were wearing much.
"Did you want to change ? Or a towel?" Sage thought it was cute how Milo was so worried about her being comfortable. "Um yeah but I left my bag outside, a towels fine."
"Are you sure? You can just hang your suit to dry in the shower and borrow something for now."

Milo's eyes became hooded as he stared at the girl emerging from his bathroom wearing one of his black t-shirts and a pair of his sweats. They were huge on her but she looked comfy, it brought a small smile to his face.
"Thank you again." Sage yawned crawling into his bed the a/c was blasting, Milo's clothes and bed comforter felt so nice as she cuddled with it.
"You look fucking adorable." She looked over at him where he was standing next to his tv while he found something to watch. The realization that he said just said that out loud hit him and he nervously tugged at his hair on the back of his head.
"Um here you can pick something to watch, I can come back to check on you?"
"Milo I'm not kicking you out of your own room you can stay if you want.." Milo grinned, more than happy about the fact he got to stay up in his room alone with the hot girl.

He watched her curiously as she opened the Hulu app, he didn't think it was possible to become more infatuated with this girl. However then she turned on DAVE and Milo could've just jumped on top of her then..
But he didn't and it took a hell of a lot more restrain than he realized..
