Heya, so this is my first book written by me (Natalie) and it's based on an 18 year old girl falling in love with a vampire (lol not really like Twilight more The Vampire Diaries!) Anyway I'm a big fan of TVD, and I hope you enjoy reading a tester of my book! If theres any other kinda book you would like me to write let me know please as I'm happy to do it! Brook, had just turned 18 year old, brown hair, deep brown eyes, and tanned skin. Lost her mom and dad in a fire when she was 16 she escaped along with her brother Finn he was 15. After moving to Lakeside Fall at such a young age things had gotten hard and difficult for Brook and her brother. Although Finn was mourning the death of his parents it had taken its toll on Brook more making her wonder why she had lived and not her parents. She had gone threw a tuff time after splitting from her long term boyfriend Declan, moving schools and city's into a small town must be difficult. Luckily her aunty Charlie was living in Lakeside Fall so at least she had another family member. *This book is a tester for more let me know in the comment box below or message me*

Chapter 1- October 15th

"Come on Brook, it's your birthday your finally 18! I looked at Lucy and rolled my eyes. "I'm sorry ok, just not in the mood, nothing to celebrate!" Lucy's my best friend, I have known her since i was 5 "Oh pleaseee, you have to have a huge party, it's your 18th!!" I looked down at my feet and took a big breath. "Fine!" I said, breathing out, "But only a small party" "Yesssss, you know this is why i love you!"

Lucy giving me a huge hug as she said it! The school bell rang and we walked off to are class.

"Ok class, we have a new exchange student, so give a warm welcome to Ethan" I wasn't in the mood to be kind, and I couldn't be bother to look up to see what the next student looked like! I didn't even get the name, all I heard was "blah, blah, blah!!!" "Everybody settle down, please take a seat Mr. Dean and go to chapter five in your book. Class went on for about an hour, before we all got dismissed to go to lunch...

I walked down the hallway in a world of my own, not even realising that Lucy was talking me! "Brook, are you looking forward to your party? She smiled tapping my shoulder. "No not really Lou, kinda just wanna go to bed!" "Ugh come on you grumpy cow, you should be soooo happy your 18, what's the matter!?" I didn't tell her that my boyfriend, Freddie broke up with me the night before my birthday..

"You know what, your right I should be happy. I'm 18, gonna get wasted and enjoy my self!" "Thats the sprite, oh and when you said a small party... Is 200 small.....?" Great I through.

Chapter 2- The party and the new face!

Emily's POV

Music full blast, people dancing, plastic red cups everywhere, sick on the carpet and people enjoying themselves... Then theres me wishing I wasn't here! "Whoa Lucy this party is epic, everyone's having a brilliant time!" Saffron shouted whitest rocking to the bet of the music, another best friend of mine."Where the hell is Brook? she's missing her party!!" Lucy wondered. As they carried on dancing and drinking shots there was a knock at the door.
