*Flashback*

 

“Stiles!  Were are you!” I shout, “Stiles C’mon we have to get out of here, they are going to find us and kill us!” I shout, I see a shadow behind a tree “Stiles?” I whisper “Is that you?” I whisper again “Mia?” I hear someone says “Jacob?” “What the hell!” I say to him “No time to explain, we need to get out of here before they find us” he grabs my hand “Stiles. What about him?” I know where he is, I saw him run to our hide out.  “Now c’mon” he says.

We find Stiles again “Don’t leave me again” I say hugging him “What were those people?” He asks “They are very bad people, they don’t like us because we killed one of them” Jacob says looking out the window, “We have to get going, we need to get out of here” I nod, “Stiles, jump onto my back and hold on tight, don’t ever let go” “Okay” he jumps on and we leave our little hide out and run back to our car “Jacob, what are we going to do?” I say “Mia, we have to get through this, once we get back we tell the police and then we go into hiding” he says while we quietly run to the car. We get into the car, “What now?” I say out of breath “First we go to the police, second home” Jacob says, he speed away. I look out the window, I was so tired I shut my eyes then I heard a horn, “Stiles head down!”

*flashback ends*

I open my eyes and all I see is light, “okay, you in a hospital. You have been in a Coma for 2 years” someone tells me “What…” I try to say, my throat was so dry “It’s okay, do you know your name?”  “Mia Bridge” I say certain “Great, do you know what happened?” “I was...ugh… I crashed?” I guest “Yeah you had a big crash, do you know who was with you?” She asks it was a she because of her voice “Ugh Stiles! Oh my god! Stiles is he okay?”  I say jumping up “Just lay back and calm down, Stiles is fine. He visits you every day and is now 10 and he is sneaky but cheeky” she says I just smiled, “That would be Stiles” I say “Okay, we need you to try and think what happened and what you last remember” she says walking out and a police officer walks in Hello Mia, I’m officer Ricky, do you mind telling us what happened?” “Stiles and I were running from them” I say, “Who was them?” she asks “People who wanted us dead. We killed one of them” I say, “why did you kill one?” “Because he was going to kill Stiles and I found a gun and shot him then grabbed Stiles then ran” I say, what am I saying? “Okay, was anyone else with you? Like your friend or boyfriend?” She asks “No, I don’t think so” was there “Okay Mia, you didn’t shoot anyone, and a guy called Jacob did. He was your boyfriend at the time. Stiles wasn’t about to get killed, you were, but Jacob shot the Guy.” she says calm writing things down “Oh okay” the police officer walks out and a nurse comes in “is Stiles here” I ask “Sure is” she says smiling and walks to the door “Batman, Cat women is awake” she says, Batman? Cat women? “WHAT! OH MY GOD! MIA! SHE IS AWAKE! MY SISTER IS AWAKE! YAYYY” I could hear him, I chuckled, I see him walk in and I was shocked. He had now dirty blonde hair and had grown so much “Mia” he says smiling “Hey” I say barely a whisper, he ran and hug and I started to burst out crying and so was he “Don’t do that to me again” he says hugging me “I promise, but don’t do the same to me either” I say through tears “I promise”

We hugged for a while and he told me why he was Batman and I was Cat women, he loves Batman and he said he couldn’t live without Cat women so I’m Cat women. I wonder if this Jacob guy is here “Stiles, were is Jacob?” I  ask “He died protecting you” he says sitting in front of me on the bed “oh” “Do you remember him?” he asks looking down “No I don’t” I say honestly “He cared you” He says out of the blue, “really?” I ask “Yeah,” He says sniffling “Come here” I say opening my arms “I don’t want him to be my hero because Batman’s my hero” I say tickling him.

Stiles told me about our parents “Yeah they don’t talk to me, I mainly stay at nan and pop” he says “Why?” I ask him “Have no clue, when they heard about us they just went, Nan says they went on a long holiday” He says, I get it. They left us. I knew it would happen “were is Nan?” I ask “She said she had to go to the shops then come back” he says “Mia! Sweetie! Are you okay? I got you some chocolates and a little gift” she says hugging me “Hi nan, Nan I don’t want these gifts, you shouldn’t have” I say “Yes I did, you haven’t been around for 2 years” she says almost crying “Stiles told me about mum and dad. Long holiday” I say “Yeah, we need to talk about that alone” she says quietly so Stiles didn’t hear.

After getting everything checked on me, doctors said I could leave in a couple of days “ Stiles, can you please go get us something to eat also go buy yourself a donut and a drink” Nan says passing Stiles some money “Okay” he says and walks out “Okay about your parents. They didn’t want to leave, they had to because they knew they got into the wrong gang. They did drug selling and all that but they didn’t know is that if they don’t have drugs in time they will kill each part of their family including them. They are not going back but they wanted me to tell you that they love you and sorry for what happened” she says “whoa alright then, I don’t really care much” I say, I never liked them and they never liked me.  I can’t really do much anyways so what’s the point of caring?

I went back home after the doctors kept me in for two days to observe me but I was good. I was honestly getting sick of it actually. I exit the hospital and take a deep breath, I like natural oxygen not hospital smell, I looked around “WOW It’s changed so much!” I say in shock “Yeah they put a new shopping mall in” Stiles says “Okay Stiles, how old are you?” “10. I told you this” he says “You did?” I ask “Yep” he says, I nodded. How come I didn’t remember? We went to the car then I stopped “Anything wrong?” Nan asks “Um, the car” I say “What’s wrong with my car?” She asks “Last thing I was in was a car and I woke up 2 years later” I say getting scared “Sweetie, don’t worry aren’t going to crash” she says hugging me “Ok-okay” I try till shaking “Mia, I was the same. I woke up 3 days later got realest a week after and was so scared” he says “Now I’m okay with it” he says looking at me I nod and get in and put my seatbelt on” we start to drive and put my head back on the seat and grab onto the seat my nan looks at me “Mia? Don’t think of what you are anything. Nothing is going to happen” She says grabbing my knee and I relax “okay” I say and she starts to drive away.
