I can love you and still let you go.

"The grass seems greener. Doesn't it Vartika? , I guess Ramesh has finally understood his gardening job!" , Kabir gave a slight laugh while caressing Vartika's left arm.
"You seem off, what's wrong? " Kabir noticed tears welling up in her eyes.
" Kabir, I can't let you do this anymore." Vartika replied.
" Can't let me do what ?"
"I can't let you force yourself to love me ." Vartika held Kabir's hand to feel his skin's warmth which was going to fleet away soon .
"I don't understand Vartika , you are sounding absolutely weird right now."
"I can't let you be so hard on yourself on the days when you struggle to love me. You care for me and try to be the version of the person I fell in love with , but I see you exhausted and not contented every single day.
You saw me in my dark times, you did lift me up.
And somehow ,because of that sympathy became the base of our relation, which it should never have been " , Vartika was sobbing while Kabir still stood speechless sitting next to her on the garden grass.
"Love isn't meant to be something complicated or planned .You are supposed to meet someone and that should be it. Kabir, I loved you but you cared for me and care isn't love .
Sometimes the people you love don't love you back, and it's okay.
Seeing you go on the regular guilt trips while you hurt me unintentionally made me realize how much I love you.
And this very love gives me the power to save you!Kabir you have to see all this.you have to be introspective of this bond" "Vartika , I don't know what to say, us ending , does it mean you don't love me anymore?"
Vartika wiped her tears and planted a soft kiss on Kabir's cheek.
"You can love someone and still let them go!"
