Since 2 is in my top 3, why not??

*Note that: 2 didn't die saving 9. I don't really know how, I just know that in this 2 didn't die. Also, I don't really know if they were aware of what their body parts are. So I'm just acting like you guys do. I mean stuff like hands and feet*

10's p.o.v [a.k.a (Y/n)'s p.o.v]

Gasping for life I look around, then I look at my hand, wiggling my fingers around in confusion, then I look around. That's when someone caught my attention, I smile softly "I'm a friend" he says and holds his hand out. Slowly I accept his hand, but I'm not really used to walking, so I almost fell, but he helped me stay up. "Can you talk??" He asks, so I try saying "friend" like he did, he smiles and nods his head. "So your voice box is perfect, that's good" he says and then says "I'm 2.... while you're 10."

Looking at my arm I see that I'm a different color than him, so he holds both of my hands saying "you're a special edition. You're not like the others" I smile and nod my head "o...okay" I finally get out of my mouth. Since I don't really know that many words, I'm basically keeping quiet until I learn a bit more.

-after you got to know 2 and learn more words-

I smile big and laugh a little at his story, but already know that I'm starting to like him... probably more than I should, but he's just so amazing. We started to walk around, but that's when I notice that we're in a dark looking place. It's like the sun doesn't even shine here like it did where we just were "2.. where are we??" I ask confused. He looks at me saying "I need to find a few objects to fix my headlamp" he says and points at it. I nod my head in understanding, but feel like I'm getting more and more scared as we walk around.

Something moved, so I gasp and jump closer to 2 as I wrap my arms around one of his arms as I hug it tightly out of fear. "Everything will be okay, there's nothing here that can hurt us" 2 informs me as we walk. Looking over my shoulder I see a creature (squirrel) as it's also searching for something here. Because I wasn't looking where I was going I tripped over something, which meant I made 2 fall too. We see what the object is, but now we're confused as we look at it (acorn), the creature looked at us.

That's when it started to run our way, so 2 tried to keep me safe, but I pick up the weird looking object as look at the creature. It stopped and looked at me confused, so I easily held the object towards the creature. Smelling it, the creature looks at me, blinks, then hesitantly grabbed the object and started biting on it. "Oh... 2 this thing is its food!" I say happily as I get thrown up in the air, I yelp a bit and end up falling on its back. Looking at it I see it's smiling as it runs in circles a bit, so I laugh a little as I point at 2.

The creature understood as it slowly walks up to 2, he flinched, but I held my hand out to him.... he smiles and accepts my hand. 2 is hanging onto me as I say "woo!" And the creature starts running towards the grassy field we were in. We're both laughing as the creature starts climbing up the tree, then it climbs up really high. It dumped us off its back, then went towards a hole, so I glare at it, but 2 held me back. "We should get home..." 2 says, so I sigh and see how far down the ground is from where we are.

Looking up I see the sun through the many leaves, smiling big I say "let's climb up!!" 2 laughs a little saying "10, it's gonna get dark soon. We need to find our way home" 'ugh.... wait a minute-' "what if we climb up? Then we can see the entire land." 2 puts his hand to his chin saying "huh... well, when you put it that way-" "yay!! Let's go." I grab his hand and pull him towards the easiest way to get up, instantly we're climbing up. It doesn't take us long to actually get to the top, but we get to see the sun setting as the sky changes.

Gasping I look around, the view is so pretty up here, of course 2 is actually looking around for home "oh hey look, we're actually not that far. Let's go-" "hold on for a second, 2... take in the view" I interrupt him as I make him look at the setting sun. We're both smiling, but I leaned my head on his shoulder as we continue to watch the sun set. It's probably at this point when I finally figured out what these feelings are..... there has to be a word for it. "It's starting to get dark, 10, let's go" 2 says and starts climbing down, I sigh happily and follow after him.

-short time skip to a few months later-

Honestly, 2 and I have gotten close to the other, he even explained to me about the person who made him. Not to mention that man's life before, how he had a best friend of his own... that turned into this weird relationship. It was called la-uve.... or something like that, but she got killed by one of these robots. There was this type of war going on before I was made, but I came a bit after since 2 got lonely. He even got separated from his friends - but I figured out that I la-uve him, that was the feeling.

2 probably doesn't feel the same way, but I'm at least happy that we're best friends, and that I get to keep him company as we adventure this world. The world is progressing into what it used to be... or at least as far as I've been told. There's none of the first beings that made it to... civilization - but, at least it's looking good again. 2 and I have been walking around and investigating the world, but he says I act childish. He already knows I don't know as much as he does, but that word actually sounds like a good thing- "10, come on!" "I told you. I want to be called (Y/n)!"
