Agad kong narinig ang tugtog ng gitara mula sa loob ng hall nang makatuntong ako sa highest floor ng Taylor's Apartment. Nag-start na kaya sila? There was still an hour before the activity began. Sigurado akong si Gabriel and tumutugtog. Bakit kaya ang aga niya?

I stepped off from the last stair and went for the hall's entrance. The guitar abruptly stopped as soon as I reached the door. I slid the doors open and found a man upon the floor, the guitar beside him as he knelt. Napa-atras ako, immediately feeling the intense anointing that cloaked the place. I took a step back and retreated to the hall's balcony, leaning my back against the wall as I thought of what I saw. Woah, what was that?

I took in a breath and moved towards the balcony's rails, gaze outwards towards the horizon. The tall school buildings towards the left side, and the vast expanse of houses and trees scattered here and there filled my perception, allowing a breath of awe to escape my lips. Ang ganda naman talaga ng view dito.

I shut my eyes and savored the wind against my skin, and as I was about to take in another breath I heard a footstep behind me

I shut my eyes and savored the wind against my skin, and as I was about to take in another breath I heard a footstep behind me. Dali-dali akong tumalikod at napasinghap ng hangin nang makita si Gabriel.

Agad akong nag-iwas ng tingin. "G-gabriel?" I catched my breath, "Anong nangyari?" I tried my best to look at him again, and all the more I stood bewildered. His face was literaly – as in literaly – shining. Napalunok ako.

"Grace," He stepped closer and held both my hands, his eyes glowing with enthusiasm. "Cordillera will experience a great revival."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko, "H-ha?"

"I've seen the whole region of Cordillera set ablaze, its borders lined with fire from on high." He spoke breathlessly, and I felt as though electric currents ran through my hand as he spoke, "From the Mountains then to the Valleys, we will see Revival take place."

I could only stare at him – amazed. Intensity rang with his voice, and all I could do was listen. He was literaly prophesying. I saw a lone tear escape his eye, and with this, I couldn't resist but smile.
