The God we serve does not operate in the ordinary, he did not make us in the image of his likeness so that we can fit in or live according to the ways of the world. What he has planned for our lives is much bigger than what we can imagine for ourselves. As we learn in the book of Nehemiah, he was a cupbearer to a king. Having no qualifications or experience as a builder, God showed us that what he had planned for Nehemiah’s life was way bigger than his current position and this shows us that our current location is not our final destination. What God has in store for our lives is much bigger than what we can fathom because our God is bigger and does not conform to the ways of the world. All we must do is trust, obey and have faith.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 – There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens.
