"Arghhhhh." I screamed out in pain. I've been in the hospital for over two hours and still haven't dilated anymore. When I arrived I was only 5cm dilated so I still have half way to go. My contractions have been so strong and about three minutes apart.

Right now Ash, Josh, Kayley, Luke and Mel are in my room. Addie is asleep on Luke's lap. They are all sitting on the two couches along the window while Ash is sitting on the bed with me. He's been letting me squeeze his hand and I swear I heard it crack earlier.

"You got this babe." Ash said and kissed my temple.

"I'm never having any more kids." I groan out in frustration. I decided to have a natural birth since I read that epidurals can cause back pain in the future.

"We could always adopt?" He shrugged.

"Yeah that's true- arghh." Another contraction hit as the nurse walked back in.

"Okay I'm going to check to see if you've progressed any." I nodded as she examined down there. "You've dilated to 7cm so it shouldn't be much longer. Your twins should be here soon." She smiled and left the room.

An hour later I was finally dilated to 10cm. The doctor and nurses were surrounding me and Ash was standing beside me. Everyone else had went out to the waiting room. "Okay, your ready to push." The doctor announced.

"Arghhhhhhh." I pushed as long and hard as I could. I pushed three more times before the doctor told me that the first baby was crowning. I've never felt this much pain in my life. It feels like my vagina walls are ripping.

"You're doing good. A few more pushes and he will be out." I did as the doctor told me and pushed at the contractions. Finally I heard a cry sound through the room. I started to tear up. They took my baby boy over to be washed and the doctor went back to me. I'm so exhausted I just need sleep.

"Okay now onto pushing out the last one." The doctor said and I pushed. "Come on you gotta push harder."

"I can't. I'm too exhausted." I whine. My body needs sleep.

"Come on babe you got this. Just a few more pushes and our second little boy will be here." Ash said and kissed my forehead. Thinking of meeting my little boys gave me strength. The next two contractions I pushed as hard as I could.

"I see his head, you're doing good." The doctor said. Finally after three more pushes my second little boy came out crying. My heart was filled with happiness and love.

The doctors stitched me up because it turns out I was actually tearing. They then took my twins to the nursery to get them cleaned up and do a check up on them. My body was so tired so I decided to close my eyes for a bit.

I woke up a little bit later to someone stroking my hair. I looked up to see Ash sitting beside me. "Hey. How are you feeling?"

"Exhausted and it hurts."

"We have to fill out the birth certificates soon. I know we haven't talked a whole lot on names but we probably should pick them now." Ash says and I nod.

"Yeah I know. Have you been thinking of any?"

"I've thought of Tucker Beau Black and Alex Lee Black." He says.

"I like them. Where are the twins?"

"The nurse should be bringing them back. She took them to get their forms filled out and to get cleaned off." He finishes and the nurse walks through the door. She's holding my two precious boys.

"Are you going to breastfeed or bottle feed?" The nurse asks.

"Ummm." I looked over to Ash and he just shrugged. "I'll try breastfeeding and maybe have to do both."

"Okay. Do you know what to do?" The nurse asked. Obviously I didn't since this is the first time I've had a baby. I shook my head. "Well I'll help you." She handed Ash the first baby and then put the other in my arms. This was my first time holding them. Looking down at the baby, the name just clicked.

"This is Tucker." I blurted out at the same time Ash blurted, "This Alex." He was talking about the baby in his arms. I started laughing, we both thought the names fit them.

"Okay. Hold the baby up close to your breast and kind of move the nipple along the babies lips until they open. We tested the sucking reflex and both of them seemed to be doing good so they shouldn't have a problem." I did as the nurse said and Tucker automatically starting suckling.

I smiled at the feeling. It was weird but also awesome to think that my body was producing milk that will help my babies become strong and healthy.

Once Tucker was full, the nurse switched the babies and gave Ash, Tucker and me, Alex. I did the same steps with Alex and he latched on immediately.

Tucker and Alex were identical twins. They each had dark hair and bright blue eyes. Tucker was a little more chubbier than Alex but not much. They looked so much like ash.

The nurse left the room and me and Ash was alone with the twins. "They look just like you." I smiled to Ash.

"They really do." He smiled back. "I love you."

"I love you more."

"Nope. That's not possible." He said and kissed me. "When should we have our wedding?" He asked out of the blue.

"What?"

"When should we get married? Do you want it to be soon or wait a few years?" I don't want it to be too soon because I want the twins to be able to be in it but I also don't want to wait. I want to commit to Ash and live our lives. "I don't want to wait." He said.

"Me either but I want the twins to be old enough to at least sit up." And he nodded. The nurse came in and handed us the filled out birth certificates. I read over them and smiled. My twins were finally here.
