Is the Black Lives Matter movement a hypocritical one?

Some Information:

•The movement claims that black lives matter but does that apply to all black lives? It is it only those that fit their agenda?

•Black on black crime in the US is one of the biggest problems that the Black community faces yet there are no widespread protests concerning that.

•Not all Black Voices Matter to Black Lives Matter.

^ A prime example is this young black woman who showed up to a BLM protest, telling these people nothing but the truth, that if black lives matter, they should matter at all times everywhere. And what happened to her? She was told to "shut up" and to leave. Shouldn't her voice matter to? Why hold a sign that says Black Lives, Voices, Dreams etc Matter, if hers doesn't because it doesn't fit your agenda?

•Black Lives only matter to BLM when a white person is involved. Not for black on black crime.
