Quirk- Unwavering Mind (I have changed the name so it makes more sense because zombies are undead or the undoing of death with no consensus which is not what he is but he is also not "undying", the inability to die, because his body can die e.g. his organs failing.)
Quirk Expatiation- Izuku is immortal (when I say immortality it is just his mind keeps some sense of consciousness (not enough to keep thought but enough to be aware), this quirk does not included naturally increased regeneration, at first, but like muscles that when you work out and break them they then get stronger when they repair, his whole body does that with everything so his regenerative capabilities get better over time when ever he "dies" this is because his body boosts body growth exponentially)
Drawbacks- any pain he feels is 10 times worse that normal and because he is always conscious he will never be able to get rid of it
