Story 1
A hungry and greedy Jackal lived in a deep forest. He was without food for so many days. He felt terribly hungry and he moved here & there in search for food. After sometime, he reached a battle feild.
There he heard the beats of drum. He saw a big drum lying under a tree.
When the wind blew, the branches of tree dashed against drum.
The beat of the drum was quite audible to all.
The Jackal went near the drum and examined it thoroughtly. He thought that he would also beat the drum.
He placed his front paw on the drum. The drum made a big noise.
The Jackal felt very happy.
"I think that there will be a lot of meat inside this drum." thought Jackal "If I'll broke the drum, I'll get opened up and I'll be able to satisfy my hunger by the meat inside. It might be a God's gift for me to see this drum"
So, the Jackal made a hole in the drum and with much strain, pushed his body through the hole.
Once inside the drum, he was amazed to see that the drum was completely empty. There was nothing for him to eat.
The Jackal was totally disappointed. He felt pain in his teeth because he had used then to make the hole in the drum.
The Jackal remained hungry for many more days.
