Summary: Ian Gallagher left Chicago 3 months ago, all Mickey can think about is how much he wished he could tell Ian how he really feels. Ian comes back.

I miss you

Mickey's pov

3 months ago Ian Gallagher was here. 3 months ago Ian Gallagher left. 3 months ago i lost Ian Gallagher because of me. 3 months ago i could've kept Ian Gallagher here in Chicago. But instead 3 months ago i was a coward. I should've just told him to stay, if i did, he wouldn't be gone right now. I would be in his arms. I would feel safe, happy. But i'm not. Svetlana can't make me happy, no randomer can make me happy. No one can. I should just call him, but when i pick up that phone, i put it back down.

My shift at the Alibi was starting now. "Kev" I shouted as i barged in through the Alibi door. He stood behind the door waiting for me to ask or speak. "So, where's my payment from last week" I asked throwing my coat on a stool. "Oh, sorry about that man i payed it for gas. We needed it to pick up one of the Gallagher's from the airport" Kev spoke shaking his head. Ian. "How about a drink on the house" Kev asked smiling. I nodded. "I still want at least $70 tonight then from last week" I sighed and sat down as Kev nodded. "So, who you pick up then" I asked as if i weren't interested. "Ian" Kev spoke as i felt my heart jump a beat. I nodded and quickly finished my drink. My shift. "Right, i'm off" I growled and walked up the stairs.

Its been a couple of hours so my shift was over. "Kevin" I shouted running down the stairs. I opened the door to see a red head sitting behind the bar. Slouching drinking too many shots. Ian. He turned around raising his eyebrows as his mouth parted a little. "My shift is over right" I asked Kev and look up at him. He nodded and passed me an envelop. I walked straight to the door and left.

"Hey Mick" I heard over the phone. Ian. New number, but i know that voice from anywhere. "Ian" I asked making sure. "Yeah" He replied. "I miss you" Was the only thing that i could say. There was silence, the only thing heard from the wind hitting the microphone. "I missed you too" A little chuckle escaped his lips leaving a smile form on my lips. "Can i see you Gallagher" I asked. "Sure, where" "Meet me at a hotel" I quickly spoke after him. A little "huhmm" Was all i heard before he ended the call. I smiled widely. I'm getting my Ian back.

I quickly ran to a hotel and booked a room for the night. I got in the room and waited for a knock. And then i heard it. I opened the door to see an unsettled red head. I smiled and opened the door more for Ian to walk in. I shut the door after he walked in and pushed Ian against the wall as i gently kissed him. I let my tongue slide into his mouth as he did with me. Our tongues repeatedly slid against one another. "Missed ya" I pulled away taking a breath as i was waiting for one. My voice was panting and shaky. "Tell me Mick, tell me what you wanted to tell me the night i left" Ian smiled with hope in his eyes. I shook my head. I wanted to say something, anything. But no fucking word was leaving. If i don't say anything now, he leaves, again. I can't lose him, not again. "So, nothing" Ian asked losing all the hope in his green eyes that i love. Love. I love him. "I-" My voice cracked and i couldn't speak all over again. "I-" Nothing was coming out. Ian rolled his eyes and walked over to the door. "Don't-" I got that out again. "So were going to do this again. You say don't, i stop and wait for you to say something that makes me stay, but you don't so i leave. I mean the whole reason i came back to Chicago was for you Mick" Ian broke a little. I shook my head. I can't speak. I want to, but i can't. I'm sorry Ian.
