Melanie's POV
"Holy crap I'm in a new school once again, this is my senior year of high school which honestly isn't that bad." I said "But of course I get stared at almost half the time because 1. I get recognised or 2. I'm the newbie here that everyone thinks is smart because I am wearing glasses." I added
"Sounds rough there, hi I'm Elijah, I've seen you on YouTube before, you're the coolest!" He said
"Oh my god, I never thought this day would come, hi I'm Melanie, I know you're Elijah Best from BestBois and Sketch if I'm not mistaken, you're the one who's inspired me to become a YouTuber!" I said and we shook hands.
"Really?" He asked
"Yes, yes you have, be cause if you I have almost 5 million subscribers!" I said as we walked to class.
"What you got next?" He asked
"Chemistry, you?" I asked
"Same!" He said and we walked to our chemistry class. 'And now Melanie you're walking to class and are in the same school as your celeb crush, can this get any worse?' I thought to myself and dropped my pen.
"Don't worry I got it!" Elijah said and picked it up for me. I checked my shoes to see if they where untied or something cause I needed them to be like that cause I was thinking this was a full on dream.
"Here you go, to keep you from any trouble I'm here." He said, I was pretty flattered.
"I- I- I- kill me?" I questioned myself "Oh god I'm so sorry when I get nervous around people especially when they're my idols I just stammer random thing, I never mention it cause I'm never as nervous as I am in school than anywhere else." I said
"It's okay, wanna come to my house later and film a-" I cut Elijah off mid sentence
"Just Dares, always wanted to film one of those!" I said kinda excited
"And you're the biggest fan I've ever met!" He said, checking me out. I hit his arm.
"Wow boys do love shoulders, I'll just for this." I said and put up my sleeves of my shirt. I saw one of my ex school companions arrive.
"Dude hide me, that was the most popular girl in my school, and she's here again, her name is Veronica Lodge and she wanted to murder me that's why she changed schools and I did too but I didn't know she was gonna be here, daughter of a bitch!" I said
"Oh c'mon Melanie, she's not the bad now." He said
"Watch this!" I said and gave him my binder with my old chemistry notes.
"Hey, Veronica!" I shouted
"Well, well, you seem to be familiar, I'm-" I cut her off mid sentence too
"Veronica Lodge, the idiot who back in Harvard assaulted me, bullied me and made me be your personal assistant, well look at em now, am I your assistant anymore no did I separate to see your rich botch face here no so you better stay the fuck away from me now cause I will expose everything you did to me to this whole school and you'll understand what being humiliated by the new kid is, understand? I hope you do so good day!" I said and went back to Elijah to get my binder.
"Wow you where a badass!" Someone from behind me said, I recognised the voice cause I knew it wasn't Elijah talking. I turned around to see my old times best friend Monica.
"Holy- Monica what are you doing here?" I asked all surprised
"I've moved here near this school and been here for almost 2 years!" She said. I noticed she was wearing the necklace I gave her on her birthday a couple years back
"Oh how rude of me, you might know Elijah already I think?" I asked her
"Yeah, he's on the football team!" She said
"Yes that's me!" He said
"Anyways I'll get to my class, catch up later!" She said and ran to her class.
"And you're on the football team, I'm in the cheer squad!" I said
"That's amazing!" He said and we got in class, our teacher Mr Blime told me to sit next to Elijah since we where talking so much already.
