"still with that stupid nickname?" he turned around and glared at her.

"it's cute, i think." y/n chirped. "my hero friends come back tomorrow~"

"oh, so you're gonna ditch me now?"

"that's not what i was saying, shin-tan. i was inviting you to sit with us."

"sure, it's not like i have any other friends." he grumbled. "who's the friends?"

"uhh,, denki kaminari, mina ashido, hanta sero, ejirou kirishima..and.."

"oh that's interesting.." y/n coughed to cover up multiple laughs bubbling up. "i'll have to ask him about it later.."

"oh, how's your makeup work going?" shinsou changed the topic, luckily. y/n didn't know how  long she could hold in her laughter.

"it's almost completed, actually. i can't believe that was all the work for that day."

"it's why i hate being absent. there's so much work that piles up."

"i don't regret it at all. i was really worried for izu-kun."

"yeah, the hero killer incident, right?"

"yeah he and tenya and that todoroki kid got caught up in it."
