My eyes water as those words leave his lips and I turn my head down. Why does he need to cut? What made him want to? Its those damn kids that pick on him. When I lay my hands on them, there gonna be so fucking sorry for what they've done to him. I can just picture myself walking up to them and....
"Luke," Calum says snapping me out of my vicious thoughts and squeezes my hand. "Babe, say something." He says. I look up at him and see tears roll down his cheeks. I want to wipe them off to tell him that everything is OK but I can't seem to move. Its like I'm paralized.
"I...," I start to say but I fumble to find the right words to say.
"Oh my god." Ashton says. "Cal we're here for you. No matter what, you can come to us and tell us anything. If we have to beat some asses, I'd be glad to." He says. Hell yeah he's right! I will gladly kick someone's ass for making my boy feel this way.
"I," I start "I dont want to lose you Calum." I manage to say but can't manage to keep my sobs down. I bring his hand to my lips and kiss it. I kiss it very gently like if it was a fragil piece of broken glass. In a way, he was fragile, and broken.
"You won't. You make me want to stop." He says and I look at him in the eyes.
"Really?" I say through my sniffles. Dammit Luke thoughen up! You can be a little soft right now. Your boyfriend just admitted he cuts! My subconscious says to me.
"Yes. You, and Ashton and Michael." He says. "Its been about a month since we all started hanging out. But in this month, you guys make me feel so loved and I can't be more great full." He says. I manage to get moving ability in my arms again and wrap my arms around him.
"I love you Calum." I say and not until its too late did I realize what I said. We haven't said it to each other. I pull back and Calum's eyes are wide but a smile is threatening on his lips. "I'm so sorry......actually, no I'm not." I clear my throat "Calum Thomas Hood," I say and they all laugh at me for using his whole name. Calum grimaces at me using his whole name and I giggle. "I love you. I know its stupid to say that since we've only been together for a month but I can't fight my feelings for you."
"Babe," calums starts but I hush him.
"No Calum I need to tell you this. I love you. My feelings for you are like a hurricane. But you know what? I'll be glad to stand in that hurricane called Calum because there's nothing I wouldn't do for you. If I had to chose between you or eternal life, I'd choose you. Because what's the point of having an eternal life without the one you love and want to be with forever? I.." I start but am cut off by Calum hushing me with his finger.
"You don't have to continue babe. I love you too." He says and for a moment, I forget that people are around. I feel like im floating in the clouds with him. And I wrap my arms around him again.
"I love you Calum." I whisper in his ear
"I love you too, Luke."
"Awww! How cute!" Michael says "How come you're not like that with me?" He says to Ashton.
"Hey, hey, hey. Calm down. We just started dating like 2 hours ago. Let's push the breaks a little." He says and we all laugh.
