Chapter 8

(A/N: They are now seniors and both 17 turning 18 teen soon cause I want them to go to college already. And its January.)

Lakayla POV

Right now we are dropping Justice off at Jessica's house, Kane's sister. This is my very first time leaving Justice for this long. I was going crazy back home cause I was nervous about the play-offs and leaving Justice. We have to drop her off tonight because we have to get up super duper early in the morning.

We finallly got there and I got Justice while Kane got her bag. I knocked on the door and 10 seconds later Jessica opened the door with Montrell, her son, trailing behind. 

Jessica-Hey guys, come on in.

We came in and sat on the couch.

I was sitting there tapping my knee cause I really didn't want to leave Justice.

Kane POV

I saw Kayla tapping her knee. I put my hand on her thigh to calm her down. She turned to me and gave me a week smile. She is taking this too hard and its getting me mad.***30 mins. later*** We was heading to the car after we talked to Jessica alittle bit and gave Justice a kiss on the cheek and a hug. I tooked over at Kayla and she was doing the same thing, tapping her knee.

Me-Lakayla you have to stop worrying. All we need to worry about is the play-offs.

She shook her head and started tapping again. It's like she dont trust my sister enough.

Me-Do you not trust my sister or somethimg?

Kayla-I do trust her, its just I never left Justice this long before.

Me-Lakayla, listen to me. Stop worrying, she is gonna be fine.

Lakayla POV

The majority of why I'm shaking is because I got a text message from Aronn, one of my friends, saying that he saw Kane and some girl named Kiara at the park all cuddled and kissing. He also sended me a picture of them. How could Kane do this to me, after I was in a relationship where my boyfriend cheated on me. I wasn't gonna comfront him just yet, I'm gonna do it after the play-offs. All I need to worry about right now is the play-offs and get my heads in the game.
