I'm coming home

Fear

Ahsoka, Obi Wan and Anakin walk into the council room to see all of the council members waiting for them. Anakin says "you wanted to see us masters?"

Windu nods and says "yes, we have found out where Dooku is hiding and we are sending you three and Master Yoda and Master Plo to deal with him."

The three of them nod and Ahsoka says "when do we leave." Windu looks at her and says " you leave tomorrow." They nod and the three of them walk out of the room.

The next morning

Ahsoka, Anakin, Plo, Obi Wan, and Yoda were all waiting in he hangar waiting for their transport. Even though Ahsoka had a calm face on, she was very nervous. This was the last step to ending the war and she feared that she'll mess it all up but that's not the only thing that scared her.

Knowing that it was not the time to get cold feet, she takes a few deep breaths and releases it into he force. Yoda and Plo sensed her releasing her fear and both made a mental note to check up on her when they got in the ship.

Another minute goes by until their transport arrives, they walk in and the pilot fly's up and they jumps into hyperspace. While in hyperspace Yoda and Plo go to search for Ahsoka, after a minute they find her meditating and decide to ask her what's wrong.

They go up to her and Yoda says "bothering you, something is, Ahsoka. She jumps a little in surprise but quickly relaxes once she knows who it is.

She sighs and says "yes master something is." Yoda and Plo sit down next to her and Plo says "what's wrong?" Ahsoka sighs and says "I'm just scared." Before Yoda could give his fear leads to the dark side speech though, Plo says "why?" Ahsoka's looks down and says "this is the last step to finishing the war and I'm scared that I'll fail everyone, I'm scared that I'll mess it up, and I'm scared of the council!"

After those words came out of her mouth Ahsoka immediately realized that she just told them her greatest fear, the council. She was heart broken when the council turned their backs on her but she feared them even way before that, she was afraid of the council because of how strict the code was and was terrified that they will send her away.

Ahsoka stands up and says "I need to be alone." Before she could leave though Yoda says "dismissed you are not, need to talk about this, you do."

Ahsoka sighs, knowing full and well that there was no way out of it, and sits back down. Plo moves closer to her and says "why are you afraid of the council"

Ahsoka takes a deep breathe and says "when the council turned their back on me, it hurt more then anything in the world, it hurt more then any kind of bruise that I've had and it hurt more then any scar but I've always been afraid of the council, you guys are so strict in your code and I'm scared that you'll get rid of me."

Yoda and Plo could feel her sadness and felt very guilty, they knew that they were the reason for this. Plo brings her into a hug and she cries into his shoulder, she sobs and says

"I'm terrified that if I fail this then you'll all leave me again and I couldn't take that the rest of my life, I would just put myself out of my misery then live with that for the rest of my life because I can't live with it again like I did when I left."

Plo and Yoda were shocked when she said that and Plo holds her closer to him and Yoda says "hurt you gravely, we have, our fault this is, bring this up to the rest of the council, I will, need to know about this, they do."

Ahsoka nods and wipes away the rest of her tears before pulling away and saying "can I pls go, I need to be alone." They both nod and Ahsoka stands up and walks out, leaving the two masters to think about what she said.

Yoda sighs and says "keep an eye on her, we must, if fail this mission." Plo nods and says "I feel terrible, we're the reason that she's feeling like this, us and the code." Yoda nods and says "bring this to the council we must, or lose her if not careful with our words, we will."

Plo nods and they both go and meditate to help clear there minds before the mission.
