hello! before i start this chapter, i just want to tell you that i'm not an expert at writing stories like this. this is actually my first story. before you read, there are some typos and incorrect grammar. enjoy! -𝚜𝚖𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚢𝚢 "cling, cling" my phone notified. My bestfriend Yoongi texted me. <yoongi boo> yg: why were you absent yesterdayyy? y/n: um, why are you chatting at 5 AM? yg: just answer omg y/n: i was at the hospital, my brother soobin was sick. yg: soobin? what happened to him? y/n: he showered in the rain lol yg: why did you let him? y/n: because it was fun, i joined him remember? yg: you're lucky you didn't get sick.. don't do it again y/n boo y/n: y/n boo, lol yg: so are you coming to school? y/n: i don't know.. yg: i'll pick you up? y/n: sure? i guess.. yg: k what time? y/n: maybe like.. 7:30? yg: mk sure y/n: see ya! yg: ❤️ y/n: ❤️ -end of conversation- he is my bestfriend. like we're really close. i read some fan fictions while it's still early. i love reading so much. it's now 6 AM, i think i should start getting ready. i was about to take a shower when i remembered that we have an assignment due today! i started working on it. well, i was about to. when my brother soobin yelled my name. "y/n! y/n!" he shouted. "what? what do you need?" i asked. "can you cook me some soup please? i'm really hungry." he responded. "sure, i'll go cook" i told him. i cooked some hot soup for my sick brother soobin. "here you go. i need to go finish my assignment, then i'll get ready for school." i told him. "wait, so you're going to school?" he asked. "yes, my bestfriend Yoongi told me to come." i replied. "okay, have fun!" he said. i nodded. "um, before you go, can you take me to grandma's?" he added. i told him "yes". i took him to grandma's place before i get ready, it's just two blocks. i took a shower and finished my assignment. it rained so hard. it was 7:00 when Yoongi called me. "hello?" i asked on the phone. "i just wanted to tell you that i can't come and pick you up. sorry." he said through the phone. "alright, alright" i responded. "byeee! i love youu" he said. "bye, love you too" i ended the call. i wonder why he couldn't come. but what can i do, it was raining that time. i think i won't go to school. i haven't even ate yet. i went back to sleep, as usual. i was taking a nap when somebody spammed the doorbell! i opened it and i saw Yoongi! "wait what? i thought you aren't coming?" i asked confusedly. "surprise! how can i leave you here?" he responded while laughing. i rolled my eyes. it was literally 5 minutes ago. "what now?" i asked. in the middle of our conversation, my stomach rumbles. "have you eaten?" he asked me. "nope, not yet" i responded. "well what do you want to eat? we still have some time" he asked then smiled. i told myself "i'm so lucky i have Yoongi". "whatever you want" i responded. "just sit down and i'll cook something up" he added. i nodded. let me tell y'all, Yoongi was not like this at all. he was a bad guy. he bullies people in class. i don't know what happened, and why he changed. but i think it's also a good thing that he did. he has 4 brothers. seokjin, the oldest, also in our class. namjoon, the smartest, obviously. hoseok, the loudest. and i mean it. lastly, jungkook, the maknae, they call him gguk for some reasons. "y/n! it's done!" he yelled. "okay, i'm coming" i responded. "wow, it smells really good. what is it called?" i asked him. "kimbap, my brother seokjin taught me how to make it." he said. "oh, seokjin. the handsome boy in class" i told him. "oh shut it, i'm more handsome than my brother seokjin!" he added. "no! seokjin is the ' world wide handsome, you know?" i replied. "whatever, whatever. just eat. we still have time." he responded. i was about to get the spoon when he grabbed my hand and placed food in my mouth! oh my god, is he freaking serious?! "i'll feed you" he said. "no, i can eat." i told him. "just, stop. i'll feed you. ahhh" he replied. i just letted him. "oh and by the way, we have a basketball practice in the after noon. watch me play" he said then smiled at me. "sure, i'll cheer loud" i replied. it stopped raining. we finished eating, then went to school. -school- we came to school at 7:50. everybody was staring at us. i asked my friend, lisa, why. "lalisa, lalisa! what's happening?!" i asked her. "we have an exam right? don't you remember?" she asked me. "no no no! i was absent yesterday!" i responded. "well you need to study now! you're gonna fail!" she told me. "okay okay i'll start now." i replied. i went right back to my seat after. i grabbed my textbook and my notes. the book was literally in my face. we only have 10 minutes left so i has to study fast. my heart skipped a beat when i heard someone entered the room. i was right, it was Mr Park. the strictest teacher in school.
What will happen to y/n? Will she survive or pass the exam? To be continued on the next chapter.
