CAMERON'S POV

I have never been so bored in my life.

Sitting in a desk for four hours isn't exactly what I call a Saturday plan. Since it was only traffic school, my friends dared me to wear a turtle neck and floral capris.

I didn't.

The room ranged from a majority of 16 year olds who just started driving, to old people who could barley see.

Maya got me a driving school book so I could pretend I was reading along, but really, she cut a hole in it so my phone would fit in. Now I'm texting and playing Angry Birds.

At 2, we were let out to finish our test by going around with one of the workers proving we were careful enough.

I got a very attractive young man who looked Italian.

I was right. He didn't speak English.

He kept yelling gibberish in my ear and it really stressed me out. But in the end, he gave me a thumbs up, and my drivers license.

I got out at a quarter past three and texted Maya, Chandler, and Skylar.

Hey girls, I'm ready. Can we talk over lunch? I miss you guys! xx

Seconds later Maya replied.

Hey babe! Of course! We missed you too!

Then came at text from Chandler and Skylar.

Agreed^ ! Where? La Boulangerie?

I texted back.

Ya! How about 3:30?

They all replied yes. I took the bus here so I had to find a connection around the café.

"Hey guys!" I sat down at the table where they were sitting. I felt bad always telling Eleanor things first. They still didn't know what it was about but they did know I told Eleanor. I always told her.

"Hey!" They all said in unison.

"So I will explain...but not here. Okay?" I gulped hard. I was going o do anything I could to keep in the tears.

Skylar, whom was sitting next to me, rubbed my shoulder, "It's okay, Cam. Take your time." I smiled. We ordered our food and drinks. I got a pênné chocolat and grenadine.

"So, I have an announcement." I took a bite into the crispy pastry.

"Before you say anything, we wanted to tell you how sorry we all are." They all nodded. "We know you are going through a rough time right now with everything. Losing your job isn't rea-"

"That's actually what it's about." I interrupted Maya. "I thought I was getting fired to, but I didn't. I got promoted. I now basically own all Topshop stores. I took Trisha freaking Patrice's place!" Their mouths dropped to the floor.

"That's-that great! No amazing! I'm so happy for you!" Chandler leaned over the table and hugged me.

"Does this mean your going to be flying around the world?" Skylar asked eagerly. I nodded with a wide smile showing all my teeth. "You are taking us. I hope you know that." She winked and I laughed.

Maya shook her head, "Trisha Patrice?!? I don't believe it! She's a fashion legend! Now you will be too! I can't believe she's retiring! What's she doing now?"

"Opening a cupcake shop down on Reto!" I said.

"Wow. Reality just hit me. Your just 19 and head of Topshop...I need to get a job." Chandler pondered and we all laughed hysterically. The check came, and we split the cost which was about 5€ each.

We left and packed into Chandler's car and sped to my flat.
