It was currently chaos, people were getting prepared for war left and right, people trained, got equipped, practiced targetting, everything was so sudden.
As the wonderful Hoaqin, ruler of Arie clan proposed a war upon Aguero, ruler of Khun clan. Of course, Aguero accepted. Aguero was much more advanced than Hoaqin is, or atleast hoped he was.
It was the night before the bloodbath that was destined to start the day after, as Khun, Rak, Shibisu and his gang and the sweet & sour team (minus prince and miseng) gathered around Khun's dining hall, around his long table, as they all sat together, the sound of their spoons, knives and forks clinking against their plates, and some were also drinking wine.
"Well.. tomorrow's the night." Spoke Khun, as he stared at his subordinates, moreso sidekicks with his stern face as always.
"C'mon man, cheer up! Let's have some beer while we're at this cause it might be the last time we ever drink it!" Spoke Wangnan, breaking the silence. He was clearly half drunk already. "No thanks, I don't want to be hungover tomorrow morning." Responded Khun, as he rested his face on his palm.
"Alteast let's get a toast together! It doesn't have to be beer or something!" Said Shibisu, smiling faintly at everybody. Khun shrugged and nodded.
"What are we doing a toast for?" Asked Ehwa/Yihwa, as she clutched her wine glass.
"A toast to the Khun clan! We'll definitely win this war tomorrow." Yelled Wangnan, who was.. needless to say, extremely optimistic on the situation regardless of what was happening. I mean sure, Aguero, known as the leader of the Khun clan was the most intelligent person known to man, his intelligence would never be topped off by anybody's, but it was still nervewrecking, as Hoaqin has been quite the slayer, and has slayed many, many people before.
Regardless, Khun wasn't going to give up that easily.
Their wine glasses clinked onto eachother as they rose their glass up high, yelling "A toast to the Khun clan!" And they just drank their drinks, calmly chatting for the rest of the night, as they had been preparing for this moment for multiple months from now.
------
It was the next day, meaning the war. Everybody lined up behind Khun Aguero, walking up to the front.
"You do as instructed." Demanded Khun, speaking to his subordinates behind him. "Or we all die a pathetic death in vain." He continued. Everybody yelled "Yes sir, yes!" As they stood in their place, shoulders tensing up.
On the opposite direction was the Arie clan, their ruler, Hoaqin standing in front.
"Good to see you, son of Eduan." Spoke Hoaqin, as he bowed to Khun. "Good to see you too." Responded Khun, and soon, the war begun.
Canons were shooting from left and right while knights fought one on one with eachother.
It seemed like it could last forever. Corpses laying lifelessly on the dirt, blood splattering everywhere, guts and organs squashed or stepped on, on the dirt.
It was truly the definition of a bloodbath, moreso, a nightmare.
Aguero himself got hurt, fighting with Hoaqin. Hoaqin stabbed him directly in his chest, and if it had been abit closer to the left, Hoaqin would've killed Khun.
Funny enough, they stabbed each other at the same time, Khun successfully managing to stab Hoaqin in the heart, but collapsing a few moments after from the amount of blood he'd shed.
------
Everything was pitch black. Where was Aguero? Why was he standing in pitch black from his point of view? How would he turn the lights on?
Many questions ran through Khun's mind, but he payed little attention to his surroundings as he sat down. It was completely black. He could lay down and have nobody step on him. He was practically in the void.
Has he died? What happened? Everything was a blur for Khun, until he saw a peculiar brunette boy, dressed in white clothes, who was sitting down the opposite of Khun.
Who was this boy? More importantly, how is Khun going to get out of here? How did the brunette even arrive here?
"Hello?" Spoke Khun, breaking the calm yet most certainly deadly silence, awaiting for the brunette to respond. The brunette had never responded or said anything at all, which kinda frustrated Khun in a way.
The next few.. hours? Days? Khun had forgotten the existence of time and space, and it looked like it didn't matter in this place, either. But the next few hours, maybe even days were all the same. Khun and the slightly shorter boy opposite direction of him sat in silence, but it was more of comfortable silence if I'd say so.
Well, until something life changing happened.
"Do you want to live on?" Spoke the brunette, looking Khun in the eyes. Golden orbs met oceanic blue ones, as they stared into eachother.
Khun felt like he could drown in those honey coloured eyes of the brunette's, he was getting helplessly lost in them, as he quickly shook his head out of his thoughts, his gaze averting to the pitch black around them. The brown haired boy's voice had a very soft and calming tone, it felt like Khun was getting reassured by it.
The boy overall just gave an angelic aura. "What do you mean?" Asked Khun, his gaze wandering from the pitch black surrounding the two boys to the other boy who was sitting opposite him.
"You are currently passed out from blood loss. Would you want to continue living or would you like to join heaven?" Spoke the boy, answering the sky haired boy's questions, Khun staying silent for a few moments, thinking to himself.
"Of course I want to live on.. but I'd want you to be by my side, too." Spoke the blueberry haired boy; not aware of the fact he has said the last part of the sentence.
"I cannot be by your side." Paused the angelic boy, "But I can let you stay alive." He continued, as Khun's eyelids fluttered closed without Khun's control over it, as the brunette closed his own eyes, leaning into Khun's face, feeling Khun's breath against the tip of his nose. Their lips connected, causing Khun to shoot up wide awake in a cold sweat, breathing heavily. His limbs and entire body shot up in pain, as he quickly layed back down.
"Blue turtle!" Yelled Rak. "How dare you worry your leader like that! You're my prey, I'm the only one who's allowed to hunt you!"
"What happened, where am I?" Asked Khun, his eyes travelling from an object to another.
"You're at the hospital. You've been in a coma for 2 months." Responded Shibisu, as he leaned against the wall.
Khun sighed, his lips parting, as he managed to sputter out..
"He was my guardian angel."
