MARCUS!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Great. Now im swimming with Marcus! I'd rather swim with sharks! Honestly. Later he's sitting on a inflatable chair, with a recliner and the works! its so big, he doesn't even touch the water, until he flips it. And in that situation, I laugh, which I should'nt, because then he might think that I like him back! Which I definatly DON'T! But when he gets back up onto his chair, I can see that his cheeks are a bright red, but the embarassment is soon replaced by annoyance as Sarah (if you dont remember, Sarah is Marcus's little sister), ls on one corner of the chair, and flips it upside down again.
I remember that day well, for some reason. But nothing else really happnes between me and him until...........
August 26
This is the last weekend that I will be able to come up to Katie's camp until next summer. Because the remaining weekends, I will be at my camp. So Katie and I stay in her camp, and Marcus stays in his, until we all, one by one, stray over to their firepit. Marcus comes out last, probably wanting to save himself from doing something stupid in front of me. I tak my spot in the hammock, the cursed hammock. And Marcus, takes his spot where he got hit in the face. He must love taking risks. (that was sarcastic in case you couldn't tell. LOL) So nothing happens until..... A Jumbo Marshmallow War! Started by Kyle, ended by the lack of jumbo marsh mallows. People start picking them up off the ground, and reusing them as ammunition. But after 5 or 6 throws, they're sticky due to the fact that the ground is damp. Sarah and my sister, Summer, go inside the camp, while Katie, Marcus and I stay outside with the adults. Marcus obvisously gets bored of the parents talking about adult stuff, and puts on his paintball mask. He goes and taps on the bedroom window of the camp with his paintball gun, and then ducks down. When Summer and Sarah look to see what it is, he pops up in that mask and scares the living shit out of them! Inside the camp, Summer and Sarah had made a blanket fort, that girl were allowed in, and Marcus, the only boy, wasnt. So I get up out of the hammock, and give Marcus a waving signal, like: "Come with me!" he nods and follows quietly. I go into the camp, and say.
"Its only me, you guys! Its not Marcus!" we take our shoes off quietly, and I open up the bedroom door. Motioning for Marcus to stay out of sight. Then, I clibm into the balnket fort, and as if on cue, Marcus practically busts the door down, and hollers:
"YAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!" And me and Marcus bolted out the door, only pausing to give eachother a high five, and went back to the camp fire laughing like the doofuses we are. And that's when I knew.
