Two weeks passed since I last saw the asshole, Tyler when Domi and I went out.

I wasn't complaining or anything.
Everything was going smoothly so far and I was happier than I've ever been, even though I've spent my time either staying home, sleeping or cleaning and staying with Tate after she got out of school, or going out to look for a job or skating.

I did write two books, but writing wasn't my full time job.

It was thursday afternoon when I decided to go out to skate again. My skateboard was my baby. I remember when Andrew and I used to save every penny to buy one. After we did, we spent every day skating next to our house.

I closed the door and made my way out of the building to the little park I discovered yesterday when I was going to see Domi at work.

I was just one block away from my destination when I felt a hand grabbing my arm. I instantly turned around and smacked whoever grabbed me with my skateboard. In the face.

I panicked. I knew no one in this town and if it was someone who knew me, they'd call my name. And also, I knew it was a man's hand because it was big.

"OUCH! What the fuck is wrong with you, woman?" The person I smacked cried on pain as he fell on the floor, and covered his "maybe" injured face.

I was going to run when I realised something. I've heard that voice before, but I didn't remember whose it was.

"Who are you? And what do you want?" I said hugging my skateboard to my chest.

"Dude, it's me." It was the moment he showed his face when I wanted to smack him again. It was the asshole, Tyler.

"Are you following me?" I asked ready to cause him more pain.

Okay, maybe I was overreacting, but something about this guy annoyed me.

"No, of course not. I was going home when I saw you and decided to say hi, and maybe even start over. Our last encouter wasn't the best one, you know." Tyler rose to his feet and I had to titl my head to look up at him.

"Yes, it wasn't. I haven't seen you in two weeks, and now you want to start over? How lovely." I said sarcastically, turned around, and started walking.

"Aaww. Did you miss me? That's so cute, but, no. I was at my parents because my little sister..... Well, it doesn't matter now. So where are we going?"

"You mean where am I going? I'm going to skate for a while, and you are going somewhere else."

"Oh come on! I'm sorry okay? That day was shitty and I was angry. I know. I know that isn't a good excuse for what I said to you when we bumped into eachother, but at least I'm apologizing." He gave me the puppy eyes I would have definetly fell for if I wasn't suddenly distracted by the view infront of me.

People skating. It was heaven. At least to me. Whenever I skate I feel like a little kid again, as if everything is good in this world. I feel happy and free.

I turned my head to look at Tyler and noticed a little cut under his left eye. Oh my god, did I do that?

"Uhm, hey I think I did something to your.... OH MY GOD IT'S BLEEDING." I started panicking when I saw a drop of blood making its way down his cheek.
Tyler touched his face exactly where the cut was and hissed "Damn, woman, you really know how to attack." He took a tissue that he had in his pocket and wiped the stain of blood.

"We have to take you to the hospital, NOW. Domi will know what to do." I said tugging at his hand ready to run.

"The hospital? It's just a little cut." He smiled and put his hands on my shoulders because I was shaking. Yes shaking because I had a phobia of blood. No matter how much it was, I would always freak out.
