After the proposal, we all went out to dinner to celebrate. I mean, how could we not? You could tell that Jasmine meant it when she said yes just by the loving looks she gave Anthony throughout the night and the addition of her already happy demeanor.

Julia was quite enjoying it as well. She was frantically talking with her and Renee most of the night, saying how she was so completely happy for her and Anthony.

Meanwhile, Daveed and I were asking questions about it non-stop. At one point Lia did punch my arm softly thinking we were asking too many questions, but hey, it was worth it. Surprisingly, Anthony didn't hesitate to answer all our questions. Or at least most of them. In fact, he loved talking about Jasmine. I don't blame him, because I do the same with Julia: I can never stop talking about her. It's something I guess we have in common.

Saying goodbye to the beautiful town that was Arundel, we made our separate ways to our hotel rooms. Julia and I went to sleep that night talking about everything that could possibly come to mind until she grew drowsy and fell asleep on my chest.

Mid-conversation, we talked about the wedding. Where we wanted it, who was already on the invite list, what songs had to be played for the reception and even what kind of fabric we wanted the table cloths to be made out of.

Hearing her talk about the wedding in such an exciting manner made me the happiest man on earth. Well, not that I already was. I mean, c'mon, I have Julia K. Harriman by my side!

After she fell asleep, I looked up at the ceiling and contemplated things for a while longer. The fact that I'm getting married to the love of my life in just a matter of time makes me so incredibly happy.

The next morning, I woke up and I could still feel Julia's warmth snuggled into my chest. Even though we were heading home today and we had to leave for the airport soon, I didn't want to wake the sleeping beauty beside me. And yes, her light snores coming out of her slightly opened mouth urged me not to wake her, but I had no other option.

"Lia," I whisper-shouted, "Hey," I passed my hand through her hair lightly, "We've  gotta get up." Moving carefully from under her, I opened the blinds, letting the sunlight fill the entire room. "C'mon love,"

She groaned and did the same exact thing she does every morning. She never ceases to amaze me. She puts a pillow over her head, "I don't wanna."

"Come on, querida we've gotta go home," I said, now sitting beside her.

She sat up and mumbled "Isn't it early anyway?" She asked, rubbing the sleep from her eyes whilst looking at me. I glanced over at the clock on the nightstand. "It's only 8:30." I responded.

"I rest my case." She looked at me with an exaggerated pout and we held a type of staring contest until I gave in and started laughing. Julia giggled along with me. "Okay fine, you win, Mr. Morning Person guy" She stood up from the bed.

"Mr. Morning Person guy? That sounds like the worst nickname in history." I stood up from my side of the bed and met her in the middle of the room, lacing my hands with her.

"Well I named it after you so," She joked with a playful smirk planted on her face.

"Hey!" I laughed. "That wasn't very nice of you." I smiled. She pecked my lips and my grin grew even larger.

"I love you regardless."
