"I can't take it anymore!" , "Don't, Mistine! Don't!" It's too late, Mistine took off her mask. The dark-colored fog reached her position and went inside her body. Her whole body is shaking, her eyes are all white and tears are rolling down her cheeks. Her hand is reaching for Cenzil. «I should run away, I don't wanna be like those living dead!» She stated in her mind while running away from her dear friend.

"Hey, have you read the news that I sent to you?" Asked Nilif to his cousin, Cenzil who's busy on checking the status of her Dad's company. "Can't you see that I don't have the time to spare with your nonsense?" Cenzil replied to him without looking. "Okay, then hear me out." Nilif responded with both of his hands on the table. "A strange meteor landed on a forest in Cominizda, they said that it has a strange smell- maybe it can be compared to a dead person. The animals started to shake, as what the person in the interview said. You know what made my mind blew?" Nilif removed his hands on the table and started to act like a beast. "The usual friendly animals like dogs and cats started to act violently. What makes me shiver is this question; can it be transmitted to humans?" Cenzil froze at that thought. "How can you be sure that your source is legit? What if the writer wrote it because she or he is planning to write a fictional story?" Cenzil contradicted her cousin. She looked at him with her analyzing eyes. "Of course!" Nilif answered confidently with his hands on his waist and his head held high. "It IS from a reliable source. Even if I tell you what channel it is, you would just stare at me with your eyes saying 'hello, you know that I'm not watching news and whatever's on the TV'." He mimicked his cousin's voice while making faces. "Okay, so I suppose that you're telling the truth." , "Tell me more, I'm kinda interested with this topic. I'm just gonna clean up my table and you," Cenzil looked at her cousin with her fierce eyes and packed up her things, "just sit there and turn on the television." Then she turned around and went inside her room.

"Man, you took so long!" Nilif greeted her with a bored look. Cenzil just rolled her eyes and sat beside her cousin. "I think I just arrived at the right time." She and her cousin looked at the television and they read the headline saying, "Virus in Cominizda" The reporter remained silent at first then she spoke; "The virus known as 'The Meteor's Smoke' can now be transmitted to humans. It is proven when an animal bitten its owner. Doctor Hiefe stated that the person started to shake terribly, smells like a decaying corpse and the bruises are popping up and becoming wider and wider. At this moment, the patient is still on observation. An advice for the pet owners, keep your distance from your pet." A new report pops in the news, "Meteors are said to hit the Earth, suspected to have the same effect as the first meteor which caused 'The Meteor's Smoke Virus'. It is expected to hit less than a week from now. Please prepare your emergency kit." Nilif turned off the television and said:"I'm having a bad feeling about this."

After they watched the news, Nilif went home immediately to prepare the things he will need once the meteors landed. «These will be good for a week.» He thought.

While everybody around the world is preparing for the upcoming disaster, Cenzil remained calm and peaceful at her place. She sipped some hot coffee from her cup and exhaled, as if she's thinking about her knots in life. "What will I do if-", she stopped when her phone rang. She picked it up right away and answered. "What?" Nilif cleared his throat and said, "Turn on your T.V." Cenzil ended the call and went to her living room, turned on the television and sat on the couch. The news started already but luckily, she's right on time. "-owners are bitten by their pets and the animals from the forest are now in the city! They are roaming around and searching for their prey. The DOH stated that there are 15 cases all over the country as of today, 3:45 P.M. The patients are now under investigation. Keep your guard up when outside, don't go anywhere if not needed." The news ended, Cenzil turned off the television and went outside to check the surroundings. "It smells like a corpse." She said while looking at the dog nearby. The dog didn't see her nor heard, it's just walking and bumping into obstacles like it lost its consciousness.
