(Y/N) let out an exasperated sigh as angel rambled on and on about some guy he was fucking angel stopped pacing and looked at her

"What?" He groaned looking at her "you know do someone who doesn't talk you sure are rude" he said sitting down beside her. She looked at him and rolled her eyes.

"I'm sorry that was rude" he said and indeed it was.

"Alright toots i got to go but if you need anything just text me" he said.

She nodded and smiled waving bye to him as he left, she got up and headed down the stairs to the lobby where she was treated by Charlie, Vaggie and Alastor. She was very close with Charlie and Vaggie but she'd only ever met Alastor a couple other times.

"(Y/N)!" Charlie beamed and ran over to her "wanna help me hand out flyers for the hotel today?" She asked. (Y/N) giggled and shook her head indicating that she can't, she shrugged as an apology.

"Hey that's okay, you got big plans for today?" Charlie asked. (Y/N) waved her hand to dismiss the topic. As Charlie spoke Alastor walked up behind her

"Hello darling I believe I've blanked on your name" he said.

"Oh Alastor this is (Y/N) you guys have met a couple times before I think."

(Y/N) nodded and smiled

"Well my dear you have a lovely smile" he said. (Y/N)s face turned red and she laughed.

"(Y/N) I have a favour to ask and you can say no" Charlie smiled "remember when I first met you when you were singing down at mimzy's club?"

(Y/N) nodded

"Well I was wondering if you'd maybe song for one of our open house nights?" Charlie asked

(Y/N)s smile fell, a looked flashed across her face as if she'd seen a ghost, while she couldn't speak she didn't find the same pain in singing but still she hadn't spoken in years she wasn't sure if her voice could still sound like that, she thought for a moment and pulled out her phone sending a text to Charlie, the message read:

'Idk char I haven't done anything like that since I worked for Mimzy it's been getting harder for me to even say one single word I don't even know if I still can'

(Y/N) watched as Charlie read the message "it's up to you but I'd really owe you one if you did" she said. Alastor still stood behind Charlie and watched in confusion

"I'm sorry my dear but do you not speak?" He said, although he didn't mean it to be rude it came off a little that way. (Y/N) shook her head.

"Ohhh right Alastor I forgot to mention (Y/N) doesn't speak, she hasn't spoken a word in like what 3 years?" Charlie looked to (Y/N) for clarification, she nodded.

"Anyway (Y/N) you're welcome to use the dinning room stage to practice of youd like and don't feel pressure to do this it's not a big deal if not" she smiled.

(Y/N) nodded and smiled spinning on her heel to the dinning room 'I'll give it a try if it goes bad then I'm done' she nodded to herself

Once she got to the dining room she walked up onto the stage and she smiled remembering the rush she used to get preforming. Little did she know a certain strawberry overlord had followed behind her into the dinning room, Alastor had become very interested in this girl he'd never met anyone like her before, people annoyed him with all their mindless babbling but she was different, she says so much but she doesn't need words to do so. Alastor backed into the shadows to avoid her seeing him, she snapped her fingers and a band of shadows appearing very like Alastor the band began to play and she began to sing.
