The remaining days of school was a complete hell. I lost the zeal to do anything. In fact, I became a shadow of my old self.
Everyone noticed including Mom & Maxie. Maxie told me to forget about him but I couldn't.

Oh she think it's that easy. I wish it waѕ.
I barely concentrate in class at all. Even the teachers were beginning to complain of me. Exams are fast approaching and unless I switch from this current mood of mine, I'll fail woefully.

I cringed at the thought of that.
No one would wish to be lectured by Mrs Dev in her office.
My sad pathetic mood continued for days. Maxie tried cheering me up but it never worked.
On time, I was returning from one of my classes and heading to the next when I froze in shock. My eyeballs almost popping out of their sockets at what I saw.
Just in front of me was a guy laughing with a girl, arms around her. And guess who the guy is.......
